It's very close to Kaifeng Railway Station, and they even offer a pick-up service, which I'm very grateful to the driver for. All the hotel staff greet guests with a smile, making us feel incredibly welcome, especially coming from far away. If I ever come to Kaifeng again, I'll definitely choose this Hanting hotel. The hotel front desk was very welcoming and even upgraded our room. Xisi Night Market is right downstairs, but it's quieter than Gulou Night Market and Heda Night Market. It's about a 30-minute walk to Gulou and Qingyuan, so I recommend taking a tram. The Wi-Fi in my room, provided by Huazhu Hotels, was very poor and almost unusable. I had to manually connect to the TV's network, and once the TV was off, there was no internet. That's a definite downside. Also, the air conditioning took a long time to warm up; it wasn't instant. I stayed for two nights, and the auntie cleaned the room thoroughly, which was great! 👍 All in all, for the 200 yuan price point, the value for money was pretty good.
