This should be the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The environment is beautiful, comfortable and pleasant. The service is good. There are answers to questions. The shuttle bus is available on call. It is very convenient to go to the scenic spot. The breakfast is delicious. It's very delicious. Everything is very good. It exceeded my expectations. I will stay here again next time I come to Kaifeng

The hotel room is really big and the hygiene is in place. The decoration style is a bit old-fashioned. It is estimated that it used to receive leaders often...so it looks like the bureau is angry.

GGuest UserI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection.
However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost.
Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.

GGuest UserI had a very nice 4 nights stay in the hotel. The position is not central in the city but it’s very well connected with bus transports and it’s easy to get to the center quickly. At the hoteI was always able to find some personnel that could speak English, which is very important to me, being a foreigner. The room, including the bathroom, was always clean, the furniture nice, the food good, I especially appreciated the breakfast with a lot of choice, both sweet and not. I didn’t take advantage of everything the hotel had to offer because of lack of time since I came to attend a conference, but I’m over all very satisfied with my stay.

SSashaPWe loved our stay here! Room was very cosy, everything was clean and new. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were great! The location is also just perfect, you have everything you need near the hotel and the view is great. There’s street market with various delicious meals opening every night at the square just in front of the hotel. We had a great time there!

MMeimei*The location is very good, the Drum Tower is nearby, the Daxiangguo Temple is next to it, not far from other attractions, there is a Drum Tower night market nearby, but the things are not good, locals recommend Heda Night Market, West City Night Market, there is also a college door night market nearby. It is not bad. Find Du Ji opposite the elevator to go up to the fifth floor.
Environment: The roof has a beautiful night view, quiet, and open place. It is easy to have dust and uneven heights when walking on the cement floor. Drag the box will be unfriendly, it is recommended to lay a blanket. The bathroom and room, the public area are good. It's too dry here and the nose is uncomfortable in the morning.
Service: There is a folk song on the National Day night, singing very well, and giving a small gift.

YYuguohuoThis hotel has a strategic location, convenient transportation and beautiful surrounding environment, making it an ideal choice for tourism and business travel. The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable and soft, and the sanitary conditions are very good, making your stay very peaceful. In terms of service, the check-in procedure is fast; the room service is also very prompt, and any problems can be solved quickly. The price/performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it to travelers who value quality and service. This stay was very impressive and I look forward to my next visit. Unfortunately, I was too busy at the time to take photos. I borrowed a photo of the boss and it can be said that the room is exactly the same as the picture.

BBritoVery good stay at this hotel, the staff was very thoughtful, polite and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good also. The only bad comment is that we couldn’t decrease the room temperature so we were feeling very very hot all the time and apparently this is a recurrent problem. It needs to be sorted. Besides this, I would recommend the stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, very close to Qingming Riverside Park, and you can walk to the ticket center. You don't have to worry about not being able to get a taxi due to the crowds. The environment inside is also good. It was recommended by a friend and it was a satisfactory stay. If you want to go to Qinghe Riverside Park, you can also consider this hotel
