It was good for such price, room was clean, administrator was cheerful. The only downside – next I checked out a little bit late, because the counter desk was sleeping. Overall, 9/10!

The room is carefully decorated, hygienic and clean, and the water supply and pressure are sufficient. The most important thing is that there is a washing machine. Children sweat a lot in summer and hand-washed clothes dry very slowly. It is much more convenient to wash them quickly in the washing machine. The location is in the old city, convenient for going to scenic spots and convenient for eating nearby. The boss is warm and hospitable.

I stayed here for three days, and it was the most satisfying experience I've had. It's very affordable, and the owner is incredibly kind and helpful—always ready to answer questions and fulfill requests. They are very generous. The disposable toiletries provided are comprehensive, and you can ask for more if you run out, free of charge. The auntie at the hotel even gave us tomatoes from her own garden. They are such a warm and welcoming family. Kaifeng is absolutely beautiful, and there are so many places to visit, I didn't even get to see everything. I'm looking forward to coming back!

Found a real gem of a host! Their pickup service was super reliable. We hadn't even arrived at the station, and they were already waiting outside. On the way, we talked about Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and not only did they explain everything in detail, but they also helped us contact a friend to get tickets for the show at a better price than what you'd find on some major online marketplaces – saved us both hassle and money! When it was time to leave, my friend had to head off first. The owner heard we planned to eat before leaving, so they arranged for someone to pick us up directly from the restaurant entrance. I didn't have to go back to the guesthouse to get my luggage, which was incredibly thoughtful! On the way to the station, I realized I'd left my water bottle at the restaurant. Without a word, they turned around to let me retrieve it, and even told me stories about Kaifeng Fu as we passed by – so warm and friendly, more like a friend than a business owner. I also got my makeup and styling done at the owner's own shop for sightseeing. It took over an hour and a half, and the application was very meticulous. If I wasn't happy with something, they adjusted it on the spot with so much patience. It wasn't one of those quick, assembly-line jobs; they genuinely put effort into making sure it was perfect ✨. I also chose their photography service, and the results were very satisfying~ Really enjoyed my stay. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Kaifeng! P.S. So sorry, I didn't take any photos of the hotel at the time 😂 I only came to leave a review because the owner was so great. I hadn't originally planned to review, so I didn't take pictures.

The room was very nice and clean, and most importantly, it's very close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. It's just across the bridge and within walking distance. If you get tired from playing and the sun is at its strongest, you can come back to sleep without wasting time, making it especially suitable for families with elderly members and children. There's a bus stop with direct service to Kaifeng North just a minute or two's walk away, and there are specialty shops right outside. The landlady is very welcoming, and the kittens are adorable; my daughter didn't want to leave while petting them. There's a washing machine in the backyard, and the large yard is very convenient for drying clothes. Last night it rained, and we couldn't get back in time because we were playing outside, but the thoughtful landlady even helped us bring the clothes under the awning.

The room was excellent and very spacious. As a family, we were extremely happy with our stay. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and polite. Definitely a five-star experience! Highly recommended! We were there to enjoy the 'Nanya Qianqiu Yue' night tour at Kaifeng Prefecture, and we had such a fantastic time that we completely forgot to take photos of our accommodation. The hotel has a quiet environment, spacious and bright rooms and new facilities. The staff responds quickly and is responsive. It is close to the business district but not noisy, the quality of sleep is high, the overall experience exceeds expectations, and it is recommended.

The hotel's service was excellent. The reception staff patiently guided us to the parking area, and they even gave us an unopened gift when we checked out. We booked a triple room on the first floor, and as soon as we entered, our child absolutely loved it! There were cartoon pillows on the beds, and a little white tent on the floor. The mat inside the tent was spotlessly clean, and the several plush toys were also clean and adorable. The room was quite spacious, and the sink and shower room were separate, which was convenient as they didn't disturb each other. The screen mirroring TV was also a nice touch. Very satisfied!
