In two words: highly recommended! First, let's talk about the hardware: as a newly opened hotel, the facilities and equipment are brand new. The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and it's equipped with a mini-fridge, tea sets, and a hot water dispenser for tea. The lobby offers drinking water, candies, a coffee machine, and there's a laundry room and a gym. There are even charging stations (both fast and slow) right in the hotel courtyard. This is absolutely top-notch for Kaifeng's Xiangfu District. But that's not the main point; the key highlight is the service mindset reflected in their software. The front desk staff are incredibly polite and professional. I especially want to commend two gentlemen who even gave me a small gift – I'm so grateful. I was extremely satisfied with my stay. This will definitely be my go-to choice when I visit Kaifeng again!

The room is carefully decorated, hygienic and clean, and the water supply and pressure are sufficient. The most important thing is that there is a washing machine. Children sweat a lot in summer and hand-washed clothes dry very slowly. It is much more convenient to wash them quickly in the washing machine. The location is in the old city, convenient for going to scenic spots and convenient for eating nearby. The boss is warm and hospitable.

I stayed here for three days, and it was the most satisfying experience I've had. It's very affordable, and the owner is incredibly kind and helpful—always ready to answer questions and fulfill requests. They are very generous. The disposable toiletries provided are comprehensive, and you can ask for more if you run out, free of charge. The auntie at the hotel even gave us tomatoes from her own garden. They are such a warm and welcoming family. Kaifeng is absolutely beautiful, and there are so many places to visit, I didn't even get to see everything. I'm looking forward to coming back!

Found a real gem of a host! Their pickup service was super reliable. We hadn't even arrived at the station, and they were already waiting outside. On the way, we talked about Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and not only did they explain everything in detail, but they also helped us contact a friend to get tickets for the show at a better price than what you'd find on some major online marketplaces – saved us both hassle and money! When it was time to leave, my friend had to head off first. The owner heard we planned to eat before leaving, so they arranged for someone to pick us up directly from the restaurant entrance. I didn't have to go back to the guesthouse to get my luggage, which was incredibly thoughtful! On the way to the station, I realized I'd left my water bottle at the restaurant. Without a word, they turned around to let me retrieve it, and even told me stories about Kaifeng Fu as we passed by – so warm and friendly, more like a friend than a business owner. I also got my makeup and styling done at the owner's own shop for sightseeing. It took over an hour and a half, and the application was very meticulous. If I wasn't happy with something, they adjusted it on the spot with so much patience. It wasn't one of those quick, assembly-line jobs; they genuinely put effort into making sure it was perfect ✨. I also chose their photography service, and the results were very satisfying~ Really enjoyed my stay. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Kaifeng! P.S. So sorry, I didn't take any photos of the hotel at the time 😂 I only came to leave a review because the owner was so great. I hadn't originally planned to review, so I didn't take pictures.

The room is clean, spacious, bright, convenient facilities, good service, no need to say, enthusiasm and efficiency, basically responsive, mainly affordable, parking is free, very satisfied with the stay!

The room was very nice and clean, and most importantly, it's very close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. It's just across the bridge and within walking distance. If you get tired from playing and the sun is at its strongest, you can come back to sleep without wasting time, making it especially suitable for families with elderly members and children. There's a bus stop with direct service to Kaifeng North just a minute or two's walk away, and there are specialty shops right outside. The landlady is very welcoming, and the kittens are adorable; my daughter didn't want to leave while petting them. There's a washing machine in the backyard, and the large yard is very convenient for drying clothes. Last night it rained, and we couldn't get back in time because we were playing outside, but the thoughtful landlady even helped us bring the clothes under the awning.

Good place for international guests! Aunty that runs the place is really nice and responsive. The stay was pleasant, the place is old but functioning and reasonably clean for a homestay. Aunty's children speak English and she'll ask them to help, so don't need to be afraid to ask questions. The location is amazing, with an electric ”hello bike (Alipay)” parking spot just on the main road, then everything is easily accessible. Aunty kindly offered to drive me the short distance to the main road to take bus 38 to the north train station as she felt my bag too heavy. Simple fuss free place, would recommend for budget travellers looking for convenience over amenities.
