Highly recommended. It is located near Baogong Lake and is easy to find. Turn right when you go out and there are many local breakfast shops with very cheap prices. The room was beautifully decorated and cleaned. The shopkeeper sister is very nice. She even brought me watermelon in the evening when I went there in summer. She helped me with any questions I had. It made my trip very convenient and the experience was very good. If any friends come to Kaifeng in the future, they will definitely recommend Amwayš

The overall design has a sense of design. The corridors and in-room facilities are all Chinese-style, with small details. It is equipped with a tea set and tea bags. You can have a drink and feel like you are on vacation. The front desk service is very good, patient and thoughtful, and they upgraded the room type, which is close to the park! There is an underground parking lot with easy access. The package includes afternoon tea and late night snacks, but I didnāt use them just to play around. There are not many types of breakfast but they are all clean and delicious! Hanfu is also provided. If you are traveling to Kaifeng, hurry up!

This is my second time in Kaifeng. I have a good impression of the food, environment and culture here. The location of this hotel is OK. It is convenient to drive, take a taxi or ride to the scenic spots. It is also OK to go to some good breakfast shops and old restaurants.
The check-in experience is very good. From the parking lot to the front desk to the floor waiters, they are all very polite and kind. It can also be felt that the hotel is operating with heart and providing software that exceeds the expectations of guests as much as possible. For example, the room includes Chinese medicine foot bath, a small tent in the room, children's toys, cartoon bed covers, and more soft drinks besides mineral water. These are enough to make up for some hardware deficiencies.
In short, I am very sure of the operation and service of this hotel. I highly recommend it.

This time I visited Kaifeng City and stayed at the Qiqi Hotel. Very suitable for rest, very quiet! The hotel is very close to the river, just around the corner, and you can go for a walk at night. The room is tidy and clean, with automatic curtains, dry and wet separation in the bathroom, and considerate service. I will choose this hotel again when I travel to Kaifeng next time.

GGuest UserI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection.
However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost.
Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.

CClara ChaiCleanliness is excellent. The couple running it makes sure our stay is comfortable and pleasant. There is a washing machine for laundry. After each wash, the owner will inform us. They have gone as far as carrying our luggage upon checking in and out. They provide information such as ways to get to the zhengzhou airport etc. Very help couple and their beds are very comfortable. Walking distance from this homestay to the nearest bus stop is about 862 meter. There are few convenient stores n eateries nearby

AAnonymous User1. Good: The environment is excellent. It is located in the center of the Jinming Lake in the Song Dynasty. On the other side is a small single-family house with a different style. It is a well-endowed, culturally rich old five-star hotel in the Central Plains. The layout and decoration style, display layout, etc. are elegant and dignified, and I like it very much.
2. Bad: The two stars are because the hotel breakfast is too bad, the dishes are not rich, the appearance is turbid, and the taste is bland - like leftovers piled there casually. Looking through the reviews, some people also reported that the breakfast was poor. Why do you let the negative feedback go? It's a pity for such a good environment. I originally booked two nights, but I canceled the reservation and changed the hotel because of breakfast. It's a pity.

From entering the hotel, I enjoyed the warm reception and service: the warm handwritten card of Wang Zhen, the waiter on the 5th floor, and the gentle and dignified enthusiasm of the Central Plains beauty, I cherish and appreciate it very much! EExpatFor some of the weekend, I took a train from Xiāan to Kaifeng. This weekend, a cold front came in. It didnāt matter because the Gulou night market had everything I needed to adjust. I found some hidden spots (like Bayu Morning Rikaye Alcohol, Leckerās Leban German Restaurant, and Jieyou Grocery Little Bar) while exploring. The Millenium Park, Gulou Market, and Wansui Shan Wuxia City are very close. The hotel property is great for walking, and the room was really comfortable. Front desk was easy to communicate with despite the language barrier, and everything very efficient. There is a nice gym and pool, but I was out exploring. There is also a shuttle which can take you to a couple of spots nearby. This property is good for conventions or families, but I was fine as a solo traveler. Food good.

SShue YingGood place for international guests! Aunty that runs the place is really nice and responsive. The stay was pleasant, the place is old but functioning and reasonably clean for a homestay. Aunty's children speak English and she'll ask them to help, so don't need to be afraid to ask questions. The location is amazing, with an electric āhello bike (Alipay)ā parking spot just on the main road, then everything is easily accessible. Aunty kindly offered to drive me the short distance to the main road to take bus 38 to the north train station as she felt my bag too heavy. Simple fuss free place, would recommend for budget travellers looking for convenience over amenities.
