Atour Hotels in Kaifeng

The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, a perfect blend of sprawling green spaces and Song Dynasty-inspired architecture, making you feel like you've traveled through time. The facilities are brand new, and the staff are incredibly enthusiastic and responsive. On the afternoon of our check-in, Kaifeng experienced an unseasonal heavy downpour. The service staff remained very calm, and within minutes, a technician arrived to check the drainage. Later, I requested room cleaning, and they responded promptly, even bringing a fruit platter. All in all, the stay was an excellent experience, five-star recommended!

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and a pleasant fragrance greeted us upon entry, immediately putting us in a good mood. Both the front desk staff and the housekeepers were incredibly polite. The room itself had many thoughtful touches, designed with guest comfort in mind. The bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The laundry room on the third floor was well-equipped, and it was very convenient to wash and dry clothes directly. There's also a gym available. When we ran out of bottled water in the room, we called the front desk, and to our delight, a robot delivered a few more bottles – a truly fantastic touch! Next time I'm in Kaifeng, this will definitely be my go-to hotel. It offers incredible value for money! 👍🏻

The Atour Hotel (Henan University Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden) was a fantastic experience! The location is excellent, close to the scenic area and very convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and bright, and the hygiene was top-notch. The Atour bedding was incredibly comfortable for sleeping. The front desk service was attentive, and they offer a free laundry room and gym, so the amenities are complete. The overall ambiance is quiet and elegant, blending a scholarly atmosphere with the charm of the Song Dynasty. Especially the breakfast – it was abundant and delicious! Highly recommended!

Pleasantly surprised! The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The room was spotless and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the hotel having its own parking lot with charging stations. What really stood out was that they had already turned on the air conditioning before I even checked in – such a thoughtful and considerate touch! From now on, the Atour Hotel (North Station New District Government) will be my top choice for bookings.
