I am extremely satisfied with this hotel. Firstly, its location is excellent, very close to all the major attractions in Kaifeng, within walking distance. It's situated in the bustling city center, which is very convenient. Secondly, the hotel facilities are excellent, clean, and very modern. Thirdly, the service quality matches its brand, especially the receptionist, who was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. The sanitary environment was very good, the stay was late at the time, and the front desk service was very good. There is no disposable toilet pad in the toilet, it would be better if there is this. The air conditioner is also very warm. Sound insulation is also very good, overall very good!
