All inclusive was our mini holidays , wise decision, food was very good with different variety every day, staff very polite Amazing view, very good location .,very close to the town Highly recommend

Nice hotel, most of the staff are lovely and helpful, food is very hit and miss and on occasions very poorly labelled! Which been allergic to shellfish wasn’t the best. Never restocked fridge or milk for morning coffee. Bed quite uncomfortable and then broken as had leg missing! All inclusive yet charge wherever they can for stuff. Snack bar through the day was ok but cold at times. Can’t get warm food after 10. In all it was ok but I wouldn’t return. Definitely not 4*+ or 5* . I’d say 3+ . Almost forgot entertainment! It was poor at best and some evenings nothing at all.

Amazing hotel, staff and food. We couldn't fault anything, always got a sun bed no matter what time of day. Once checked in we were told that we'd been upgraded to a suite with our own pool, we were over the moon with this as it was a beautiful room, pool cold but fabulous. Rhodes old town and castle are stunning. Get a taxi from up the hill across the road by bus stop behind small shop as much cheaper than from hotel. Meet some really nice people and the Greeks were really nice and helpful. will definitely be returning

We spent a week in this fantastic hotel. Great accomodation. Plenty of choice at the restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Stergia. Every morning she was greeting us with a big smile. Our daughter couldn't wait to see her. Stergia made the whole experience a 10! Thank you to all of you for the great holidays.

We arrived at about 10pm, and when checking into reception the welcome did not feel very warm. We were not told anything about the restaurants you need to book, how to use the app, where anything was etc.. The main buffet restaurant was not a pleasurable experience. The women who take you to your seat always seemed rude including the male restaurant manager who never offered a smile in the course of our weeks stay. After 2 days the food became extremely repetitive and very often cold. In the evening service on drinks is a little slow. The restaurants that you book are much better but there are barely any spaces! So I’d book on arrival. The pools were great, never any issues with getting a sun lounger. The snack bar at the lower pool is brilliant. We preferred the top pool. Good music and a great bar man who remembers your orders! Cocktail menu was amazing! Rooms were spacious and had clean towels and bedding each day. On arrival cleanliness was hit and miss in our room, smeary mirrors, hairs in bath but nothing major. We appreciated the water being replenished everyday! One big issue we had was the air con in our room, after mentioning to reception several times it never got fixed. After a few days of trying to get this issue sorted we ended up giving up and just dealt with a warm room. Our room was especially warm as it was next to reception where the corridor is like a greenhouse- riddled with ants too. Entertainment at night was pretty good, however the timetable was always wrong which was confusing. One thing this hotels needs is daytime entertainment!! There is only aqua aerobics in the morning. They really need something more!!

Came here for our honeymoon, and what an experience. The place is absolutely fantastic and from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with nothing but professionalism! We booked the suite with a private pool, and it definitely made the overall holiday! We were able to relax by the pool! The other pools were great! And with all inclusive you were never too far from your next drink. The cleaning staff were so friendly, they would enter the room with smiles and always wanting to have a conversation. The only downside, was that the pools are freezing cold (except the one inside pool) which I can imagine however, in the middle of summer would be amazing! Once you got into the pool, you do get used to the temperature. We were also randomly called on our phone in the room at 3am! We did let reception know and they weren’t quite sure where it came from. The food was fantastic, although after a few days it did start getting quite repetitive, but they have the option to go to other restaurants. You do have to pay for the wine in these restaurants, which is something we didn’t realise! We did arrive quite late on the Saturday night, and were told that there was a snack bar in the main restaurant. When we went to have a look it was closed, and we weren’t able to get any food that evening. We did go back to find the snack bar at 10pm but couldn’t locate it, so wasn’t quite sure if it was open. The mini supermarket is great, but just be warned it is quite expensive, but it has everything you could possibly want in so it’s really ideal! The drinks and the bar staff were fantastic. They get to know you and after a few days they knew what our drink choices were! They even made my husband a completely different drink that wasn’t on the menu! If you are to try anything, you must try the pina coladas!! Overall, it was an unforgettable honeymoon, and we are excited to come back next year!

We have recently returned from a week's stay at the Kresten Royal. Overall we had a good experience at the hotel and would be happy to return again for a quick week away in the sun. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and accommodating. We received a warm welcome upon arrival at the hotel from the reception team and Costas who took us via the golf buggy to the room. We'd upgraded to a superior sea view room and weren't disappointed. The room was very spacious and clean, two single beds pushed together, a huge bathroom with a whirlpool bath. We'd contacted the hotel prior to our arrival to ask for an upper floor room in a quiet block and that's exactly what we got. The food was varied in the main restaurant. On occasions we found this to be a little cold (we like our food hot). We did raise this with the hotel management team and they took our comments on board. Service on occasions to clear plates and offer drinks could be improved as on occasions was slow, but we found this really did depend where you sat in the restaurant. The food at the pool bar was typical of quick bites - burgers, pizza, chips, salad, gyros (chicken, pork, veggie and lamb options). Again, sometimes we found it a little cold to our taste, but if we arrived just as they were putting the food out, it was hot. Plenty of sun loungers which were really comfy. No need to rush in a morning to get one. We found the "Sefra" pool bar (small bar, drinks only) our favourite one. Manos is a great bar tender who remembers what you drink and serves them with a smile. Nice range of cocktails. We liked the loungers in this area, as Manos always had music playing low in the background. The other larger pool area was very quiet apart from the aqua aerobics and zumba class in a morning. Pool towels are available from reception via a refundable deposit. No issues changing towels or getting the deposit back. Pools are currently cold but ok once in. There's a warmer indoor pool available. During our stay we were only able to get into the theme restaurants on one occasion, despite downloading the app upon our arrival and immediately going on there to view the menus and try and book a place. We found that all the sittings were fully booked, apart from one early sitting and one later sitting. We chose the earlier sitting at the Aura Greek Thematic Restaurant. The food was lovely and well presented. The hotel offers a lot of open space for relaxing by the pools or sitting enjoying a drink on the terrace areas. Its a great place to socialize and meet new friends. Night time entertainment is low key. This takes place in the bar area of the main reception lobby (assume outside during high season). Sunday and Tuesday there is no entertainment. Regular shows include a saxophone player, violin player, singer / guitarist, accrobats and latin dance show. There's a spa on site. We loved our stay at Kresten Royal Euphoria. I went with 2 other friends. We were super taken care of and all the staff are very welcoming. We had a small incident where we needed medical assistance and the gentleman at the reception could not have been more kind and helpful. He provided first aid for my friend and arranged a taxi to the local hospital. We unfortunately never got his name but are super thankful for his assistance. Our favourites from this resort would have to be the buffet from breakfast to dinner, as well as the A La carte menu. The pools are huge with plenty of sunbeds around and the view is also so stunning. The bartenders are really friendly and conversational and the house keeping team were also so kind and did a good job with tidying up the rooms when we were out. Overall, the service from this resort is amazing and it definitely made our holiday one to remember. Thank you to all the staff members at Kresten Royal Euphoria!

Stayed here for a week (28th March -4th April) as it was a friend’s birthday. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food wasn’t the best at dinner times as I survived of spag bol for the week but there were themed nights and 3 different restaurants. Throughout the day the lunch bar was good there were kebabs,pizzas,burgers,ice creams, fruit, crepes etc. The rooms were very spacious but the bathroom are outdated , the cleaners didn’t clean (wipe the surfaces) but they did change the bed,towels and left fresh bottled water. They do offer activities and require a 1 day in advance notice. The lobby was the go to place at night and the bar there closed at 12:30 there is an outside terrace that is lovely for the evenings. All in all I would definitely go back!
