During a one-night, two-day excursion to Kanazawa with my work colleagues, I stayed at this hotel with a plan to compare the tastes of Kano crab and Kobako crab. The boiled snow crab, the luxurious shell platter, and the tempura were really delicious and it was great to try and compare them.The other dishes were also delicious and everyone was very satisfied. There were three types of local sake, and it was a must-see for alcohol lovers to compare them. I was drawn to the websites of inns and hotels with gorgeous photos, but I made the right choice in choosing Hashimotoya, a small, family-run hotel. I read the reviews saying that the food was the best, and since that was true, I would like to write about it as well.
