One of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. The level of dirt and lack of hygiene was simply unacceptable. There were cockroaches, extreme amounts of dirt everywhere, and the whole place felt completely neglected and poorly maintained.
What makes it even worse is that the property clearly states that smoking is not allowed. Yet there were glass jars filled to the top with cigarette butts, and the smell of ********* was absolutely everywhere. The entire place smelled of smoke. It is honestly hard to understand how this can be advertised as a non-smoking property.
The room itself was extremely poor, dirty and run-down. The beds were old and uncomfortable, and the overall condition was far below what anyone should reasonably expect from paid accommodation.
I had booked three nights, but after travelling for around 15 hours and arriving completely exhausted, I could only bring myself to stay for one night. The following morning, we packed our belongings and left. There was nobody at reception to inform, so we sent a message directly to the property explaining that we were leaving early. We never received any response whatsoever.
The only positive thing I can say is that they allowed us to check in early, which I genuinely appreciated after such a long journey. Unfortunately, that was nowhere near enough to compensate for the terrible cleanliness, hygiene, comfort and general condition of the place.
Overall, this accommodation was completely unacceptable. The difference between what was advertised and what we actually found was enormous. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere rather than staying here.
