Hotels near Minzu Park in Kaohsiung

A hotel with a high CP value. It's near the train station and the transportation is quite convenient. The service staff has a good attitude and they can even borrow charging cables. The environment is clean and tidy. It’s worth visiting again! !

Large bed but a bit small room so not much space left to put luggage down. Quite clean, no window room btw. Not sure if i got headache from the AC straight to my bed or not but next day i turn it down so no more

🔸4/19 (ii) Check in From booking, order a room type with windows and breakfast. It only costs 900 per night. It is not bad for the price. 🔸 It is about 5 minutes walk from Kaohsiung Railway Station. There are also convenience stores nearby. It is very convenient to eat. 👌 🔸 The room is not big, but the bed is quite big. But here I want to talk about the shortcomings in the room. Although there is a room type with a window, the window ⋯⋯ Uh ⋯⋯ is as small as the window of my toilet. The bed is quite big, but there will be a '' limping' sound when you turn over when you sleep. It is probably the old bed board below. 😓 🔸 There are small snacks and coffee in the lobby. Coffee can be drunk, there are also beverage coin-operated machines, instant noodles coin-operated machines, if you are hungry at night and don't want to go out, you can go to cast 🔸 Breakfast: Chinese food (porridge) + Western food (toast) + coffee machine, it is quite satisfactory! 🔸 Overall, it is for budget travelers, and it is very close to the train station. It is a good choice for passengers who have been overnight.

Location was good as it’s around 5 mins walking distance to the MRT station. Didn’t know that there isn’t auto make-up room service as per other hotels unless a sign is hanged at the door. Hence, rubbish wasn’t cleared until the 3rd day. The bed looks clean when checked in, however I had bed bites on my hands and legs on the 2nd night. And there is no changing of towels/bedsheets.

We lived in the hotel for two days. When settled, they could not understand why we had to pay the second time. It turns out that when booking on Bucking, our money was blocked, but in the payment receipt it was not reflected. After repaying, we were settled in the room. The hotel is clean, comfortable, close to the night and stuff markets - 5 minutes walk. The hotel provides a light dinner in the evening - buffets, cakes, ice cream, tea, coffee, drinks. There are many shops, cafes, metro station and bus stops nearby. We are happy with this hotel, if there is an opportunity, we will come again.

The staffs are accommodating, the room is quite spacious, location is great, near Formosa Boulevard MRT (Dome of Light) and only 2 minutes walk to Liuhe Night market. There is also a bus stop around so I can travel easily.

Hotel situated nearby to Houyi Metro Station, Red Line No R12 which is also 4 stations away from Zouying High Spreed Rail station (R16). Nearby eatery has Japanese Restaurant and Coffee shops just cross the street and Family Mart store only 100 meters away. The rooms and amenities are good l, the only is the size of the rooms only 15 meters. If you don’t mind, for stay is just nice. Need to take note, not all rooms have a window and facing city. Some has no windows but the price is lower. We bought rooms with breakfast during our stays, although not an international buffet, but just nice to make full for morning meal.

The equipment is old, the bathroom is dry and wet, there is a jacuzzi, the service staff is kind, the breakfast is good, many choices, Chinese and Western breakfast, the children are very happy

This hotel is a fantastic place. Classic hotel with huge rooms, and spacious bathroom. The best part is an outdoor pool, its clean and very big. I absolutely enjoyed a week staying in Howard Plaza. Strongly recommended.

Check-in time is 4:00, arrived at noon in advance, the female staff who checked in, the attitude was kind and smiling, and the accommodation time was informed in detail. Although it was not possible to check in early, it could be placed with luggage, which was clear. The location of the hotel is moderate, there are many restaurants around, the room is acceptable for one person, the shower is not separated from wet and dry, and the floor is a bit slippery after the bathroom is bathed.
