Worst hotel in Katra without a doubt! Very very poor services. Their swimming pool has been filling since our two days stay at the hotel. Still not filled up. They charge a decent amount of charges for amenities like swimming pool but the guests cannot use the pool at all. Very poorly maintained rooms with broken balcony and shortage of charging points in the room. We decided to have foot massage done at the hotel premises by the masseuse. They were charging Rs.300 for 30 minutes but then they started washing their hands in 15 minutes and told us that we were done. Very unprofessional to say the least. This was my 7th visit to Katra and was very unsatisfied with the issues faced during the stay. Will never recommend this property which could have been so much better with a bit of renovation and a bit of professionalism. The only positive part was the breakfast where the staff was very courteous and served us very nicely with a smile. Overall, please avoid this property.

Jai mata di! Guys think twice before staying in this property. We usually stay in Tridev but this time we thought we will stay away from the crowd so we booked a 4 bed room. After seeing condition of 3 rooms, we finalised one. They charge you for the lovely picture of the pool and the property but for the 2 days we stayed they kept saying we are cleaning and filling up the pool. They expected us to swim in a 2 ft water pool. The property is old so there are lot of places where its visible. Breakfast was supposed to be buffet but I guess there were less people so they just served it on the table. Average food. Please do not waste your hard earned money in this property here. They charge for the swimming pool which is the only extra facility they provide here but that also is not functioning. When we asked for a late checkout they extended for an hr and told we have to pay half day price for more extension. They could have made it up for not providing the facilities. Stay away from this property. Thank you.

Good hotel but needs to be upgraded on urgent basis.The staff & the entire team is very Co-operative.Their service is prompt and is always done with a smile on the face. They serve yummy food like aloo paratha and some yummy dal-rice. Over all good experience.

Decent hotel to stay for the pilgrimage. Rooms need upgrade. Staff need more courteous approach.. At times it may feel that staff is around you only indirectly asking for money (tips) and for the sake of it, pretend to help.. The prasad shop on the ground floor, will adopt all practice to sell prasad and other stuff for temple, by throwing a bait that they can arrange for helicopter, EV.. But over all experience says, that none of it may be true. Though not experienced it personally, but heard from the other guests.. Prices as usual high, which is a common feature in J&K sector..

The hotel location is very close to the main market/street where there are plenty of shopping options. Also, there are a lot of restaurants around to eat. The rooms in the hotel are not very big, but just enough space to place luggage and walk a bit. The most pleasing part of our stay was the courteous staff at the restaurant - especially Mohinder Sharma. He was very friendly, always smiling and willing to help. We were supposed to leave early on our day of departure and even though the usual breakfast time was around 8, he had some stuff prepared around 7-15 and ensured that we left after having our breakfast. this type of service lifts the experience. the rooms were clean as well. However, for the size of the room and the amenities provided, I felt it was a bit expensive as there are ***y other hotels around with better quality and reasonable pricing. Maybe they go by their old brand value.
