It's clean and hygienic. There are supermarkets and pharmacies nearby, and it's very convenient to travel. The front desk staff at the hotel were very nice and check-in was quick. The housekeeper also cleaned the room for us

This was a last minute booking due to power outage at home. The room was clean and comfortable. There are lots of restaurant options within walking distance and a supermarket and drug store as well. Its easy access to the freeway with plenty of gas stations nearby too. The buffet breakfast was free and well stocked. All in all a great place to stay.

Clean, with comfortable beds. Breakfast is lacking. When we would go 8:15-8:45 the eggs and meat were gone. They would replenish if we asked.

Just a good location if you have business or family in the North Seattle area or Bellevue or Bothell or Mill Creek. Excellent freeway access.

The property is old and rundown. Popcorn ceiling all around makes it look like we are in the 50s. Stains in the curtain and bathtub, very gross. The bathtub drain is very slow.
The woman in the front desk was very rude. One morning we wanted to use the restroom in the lobby after breakfast but it ran out toilet paper so we asked for one. She said if we were guests, we should have used the toilet in our room. We told her that it was used (we were a family of 4) and we just wanted to use the restroom in the lobby because we just had breakfast there.
She was giving us a hard time saying that the restroom was only for employees (it didn't have that sign, it had a huge restroom sign), she said we had to wait for the housekeeping the next day to get the toilet paper, etc. After a while, she gave in and she took the toilet paper which was apparently was stored right behind her! She was just totally lazy and rude!

Overall we liked the location and the hotel. Check in person could be more inviting rather than using one word answers. Felt like she did not enjoy the job and was there for a paycheck.

So far it’s going well. Check in was ok. Waited a bit for staff to come back to the front desk. After that smooth sailing.
