9年前住過的地方，設施陳舊不用説了。基本都是靠接待團隊，散客基本沒人管。餐廳和住宿服務…… 應該把服務兩個字去掉。開個發票要一遍一遍找 ，6天才給開出來。正常都是當天，晚的話也是次日一早就給開了。不知道在拖延什麼，問了不回覆還嫌催了。真想做成一鎚子買賣！

第一次來到烏蘭布統大草原，隨便在網上定的一家店，結果超乎想象，房間乾淨衞生，布草都是一客一換的，衞生那是沒的説，酒店設施也全，二十四小時熱水，而且菜做的也好吃，油是放心油，肉是放心肉，吃到了新鮮的手把羊肉，烤羊腿也是一絕，山野菜也是新鮮採摘的，下次出行還選他家

房間挺乾淨的，服務也做的很周到，因為帶着孩子草原上天氣有點涼，前台還體貼的給升級了暖房，在房間內就能看到草原，第一次來感覺真的很好，出門不遠就到景區交通也很方便！

酒店環境比較潔凈，並且很安靜。服務較好。遊玩時帶的熟食沒有吃完，餐飲部同意我把食物放在冰箱冷藏，避免了食物浪費，很貼心。
