Pros: Cute property, friendly staff, awesome pool with bar, free shuttle to Duval street every hour from 8a-10p, free breakfast, property has turtles and parrots which was super cool.
Cons: incredibly small shower, no iron, window Ac units that are LOUD! Pool is not heated which is only an issue if you’re traveling in the winter.

Great resort to stay at for Key West. Nice room.
Lots of parking for guests. Pool was good. The shuttle bus into town was fun, reliable and made it easy to get into central Key West. Loved the parrots and tortoises on site!

This is an older property that could use some updates. The transportation to downtown made it so easy to enjoy Key West. It was very convenient and we used it several times. The pool area was very nice, breakfast was pretty good.

What a cute place, the staff was great. Loved the Key West vibe of this hotel. And loved the short bus, made staying there so much more convenient! Definitely coming back ASAP.

Stayed here for a night.
They don't answer the call. I tried many times. No hot water coming in shower.
Surrounding area is nice. But for comfort, not worth of spending $250/night.
Beds make so much noise and not comfortable at all.

I enjoyed the stay … the shuttle was outstanding … it made the overall stay more enjoyable. The room on the water was great as well. Would have stayed longer, but the high price was a factor for me only staying one night. Staff was very helpful ! Thanks !

Ibis Bay Resort has very nice amenities; restaurant, pool area with walk up bar, private beach and hammocks. Easy place to rent jet skis, kayaks, and bicycles. The transportation to the historic area of Key West was wonderful!! The hotel has a continental breakfast that was good. Sadly the room accommodations are very small that 2 people can’t maneuver around each other in the room and there is no elevator for the elderly. The hotel needs to put more money into the rooms: the exterior door was a poor fit, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, the shower was so run down; the shower was discolored. Instead of remodeling the rooms they just added more paint. This was disappointing as the exterior of the hotel and amenities were great. It’s a shame they can’t upgrade the rooms to match the beauty of the remainder of the resort.
