A bit disappointed that Trip.com didn’t give you the option to claim NSW vouchers. Landmark Resort provide excellent customer service, best I had ever experienced. Sam was amazing on our arrival and very helpful. Floors were sticky from soap residue, she came up within 10 minutes to wipe over tiles with clean water. Later that evening, she came up again to help me with the turning on the stove. Apartment was immaculate and well designed for a small 1 bedroom. Comfortable and modern. Lots of double PowerPoints to plug in your own devices. Beautiful view off the balcony. Excellent fast wifi. Great pool and games room (air hockey with ability to team up with a partner - 4 players, plus other games). Negatives: 1. Kitchen - No oven. Could add scissors, wooden spoon and smaller sized pan. Strange to have a huge fry pan to cook for 2 people, and on a small stove top. Also would recommend replacing Tefal type plans as they can become a health hazard when old. Bathroom - Shower head could do with an upgrade to handheld as the fixed one is small, and only wets just below shoulders, plus splashes everywhere. We made good use of the spa bath. Square toilet seats aren’t comfortable. Iron is very cheap and old. Dirt was coming out of the holes underneath and water kept spilling out of it.

The after hour services needs to be improved.

The scenery outside the window is beautiful

The location of the hotel is good, very close to the city center and the beach.

Great location, handy to shops, restaurants, golf course. Bedrooms could use air-conditioning as it was very hot, fans not enough. Pool great

Staff were extremely lovely! Rooms were extremely clean and equiped with all that is needed! Will definitely be back!

Room was dirty Had spider webs in all rooms I killed three spiders during the stay one of which was the size of a tennis ball Microwave and range hood smelt like Indian food and crockery wasn’t all clean inside the cupboard Doonas are very old too Do not recommend

The staff were wonderful..the place was always clean. The pool was great...Highly recommrnded..

Unfortunately we neglected to say we were elderly and couldn’t shower due to the shower being in the spar bath. That is a little our fault. When booking online that facility isn’t on there.

For the money per night to stay, it is not good value. Non serviced rooms , clean towels at reception at a cost of $4.00 each. No reception on arrival after 6pm. Gone down hill since our last visit there, and won't be going back again

We liked the view of the ocean from the balcony and it was a good sized room. Clean and well organised. Easy check in and check out. Short walk to marina and town centre.

The property is elevated above the town so offered good distant views and was walkable too, but, be prepared for the uphill on the way back. The rooms were very well appointed with clean and modern inclusions. the television was a good size. All staff were very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. The proximity to the bowling club was great, but the bistro there was less than perfect. We were content with our meals. All street parking is metered so if you are planning to drive the short distance to town and all other beach tourist areas, be prepared to pay for it. (Thank the council for this)

Reception was blunt and rude, got us to sign papers without explaining the details, she didn’t help us with our bags instead told us there’s trolleys if we need to transport our stuff. Didn’t get told anything about the restaurant, room service or housekeeping. The restaurant wasn’t open at night or in the morning which was inconvenient. Didn’t get told if we could use the pool or other facilities like displayed in the photos when initially booking. Really poor customer service. The place didn’t have any tissues or paper towels. Dust on ceilings Shower gel spilt down the wall on to spa bath and had to clean up Ceiling fan made a annoying noise so has to leave it off Tv was slow and hard to use or change channels Bedroom window was left open when we first checked in really unprofessional.
