Recently redecorated rooms, excellent food (and wonderful views of city from indoor/outdoor restaurant on 8th floor), and pleasant and helpful staff all with good English. But most importantly, they were all responsible and reassuring during a visit that overlapped with several attacks on the city by Russian forces. If one's business takes one to Kyiv before the war ends, there is no better or safer place to stay,

What's more, the hotel's room window is facing the window of the residential building, and the carpet is a bit dirty. The room facilities are not advanced. The hotel is small, very clean and comfortable. Ideal for business trips to Kiev. Service very polite, comfortable rooms, fridge and TV in every room. The choice of channels on the TV is limited. Overall a very good price-quality ratio. If you have tried large Kiev hotels smelling of the Soviet era, you will be pleasantly surprised. The only thing that could be improved is breakfast, witch is poor and not varied. Poor selection of cold cuts and cheese. There are a few items that are more suitable for dinner than for breakfast. Oh, such a local tradition.

Newly renovated hotel. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Property overall very well kept. Fitness center is with full facility. House keeping , reception , all the staff very helping. They speak very good english with excellent communication skills. Truly worth of money. Location is great as well.
