Stayed at Special Room. Sorry but this room is not worth to the price (2 person, 93,600 JPY/night). Room smelled like a cattle barn, shelf was dusty, fireworks event was cancelled without noticing customers ... 2.3 points as 5.0 is max Room: ++ View from the Room: ++ Staff: +++ Transportation:️️️️++ Convenience in the hotel: ++ Meal: +++

2回目の訪問ですが、 前回は夏休みでプールは混んでいる、お風呂のバスマットはビチャビチャに濡れていて気持ち悪いと良い印象は無かったですが、 今回は3月頭の寒い日で、全体的に空いていたせいか良かったです。 外のプールは使えませんが部屋の眺めが良く、スパ棟のお風呂も空いていてゆっくり出来ました。 414号室は低層会ながらも、花火や噴水ショーが部屋から見られて快適でした。 また行く機会があれば夏以外で行きます。

なんと言っても金（プラチナや銀も含む）のお風呂に入れた事。ただし、最上階の金風呂は、22時までなど、時間帯が限られているので、行かれる方は注意が必要です。
もうちょっと、チェックアウトが11時までオッケーだったりしたら、優雅に余裕持って過ごせるのになぁと思います。全体的には、非日常を味わえてすごいところだと思ってます。

家族旅行で利用しました。最上階の貴賓室を利用。接客を重視しているようで、スタッフの皆さんが大変親切だったのが好印象でした。
食事は朝夕とも三日月スタイルのビュッフェ。千葉の食材をふんだんに利用し、美味しく頂きました。夕食ではお酒飲み放題ですが、ビール以外は好みがわかれそう。房総ウイスキーは甘くて面白い飲み口でした。
大浴場の景色は最高ですが、お湯はややぬるく湯冷めが心配でした。
また宿泊したいと思います。

チェックインするとき、レンタカーから荷物を下ろそうとしたら、乗り降りする人も居ないバスがいつまでも玄関先で止まってました。気分が悪かったのは、フロントスタッフがその場に居るにもかかわらず、手伝いも出来ない挨拶も出来ない誘導も出来ない、サービスの悪いところだなと感じました。しかし、部屋は見晴らしが良く、食事も美味かった。

11月の土日に宿泊。駐車場の誘導無し。入館・退館時の挨拶無し、他ホテルはウェルカムドリンクや抹茶等のサービスがあったが何も無し（自分で提供スペースに行って飲む？）部屋までの案内無し。食事場所の案内説明も無し、売りにしている金銀風呂も一人用だからなかなか入れないしお湯が・・・。、スパ・遊技場まで一旦ホテルから出て歩くしか無く遠い、帰る際車で来てるのが普通なのに駐車券の説明も無し（そのままで行くと有料）ただ泊まるだけのホテル。一泊3万円以上払ってまで泊まるホテルじゃない！
