"A good hotel for Yerevan. The location is convenient, and the rooms face different directions. The rooms are spacious, and there's an elevator. It can be a bit noisy if you sleep with the window open, as there's a crossroads nearby and people honk a lot. Breakfast is decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had elderly people with us, and they really enjoyed everything. I would recommend this hotel. The views are great – you can see both Mount Ararat and the TV tower. You can walk to the city center, and there are grocery stores and a currency exchange nearby."

"The hotel is clean and beautiful, both inside and out. The staff are friendly, and I have no complaints there. BUT!!! It left a bad taste in my mouth: for a 4-star hotel, you have to pay extra for a toothbrush and a bathrobe. Everything is extra here. The breakfast is standard, like you'd find anywhere else (scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, vegetables), but it's priced like a steak dinner at a fancy restaurant 😖🤦👀! I felt like the prices within the hotel were totally unreasonable, about double what they should be. So, we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, and we bought toothbrushes 🪥 at a store for 190 drams instead of 300 drams... I have mixed feelings about this place."

"Excellent hotel, good location, responsive staff. They went with a friend to Yerevan for 6 days, considered budget options, as the journey was spontaneous, and the budget was relatively limited accordingly. Stop on Menua. The area at the hotel is not too picturesque, around the bus and construction shops, but there is a supermarket and pharmacy in the walk. First we were settled in a room on the first floor, but as it was different from the room we booked on trip.com, we changed it to a room on the 3rd floor without problems. The rooms are clean, there are all facilities, including sets with one-time toothbrushes, the only thing I didn't have - rubbish in the room. There is an elevator in the hotel, which is important for those who like to walk on their two whole days :) To the center by taxi to go about 7-10 min, if there is no traffic jams. When leaving the hotel, we were asked to leave things in the room next to the receptors, which is very convenient given our late departure. The hotel will suit people who do not seek luxury, consider a comfortable option on money and location. If you are important to the picturesque territory around and walking to the main streets with institutions, I would recommend looking at a less budget option. If I go to Yerevan again, I will first consider this hotel, thank you ❤️"

"This was my first stopover in Yerevan. Based on reviews, I found and stayed at this hotel. The most important thing and a big plus is the hotel's location in the city center, within walking distance of Yerevan's main attractions. Another plus is Narine's delicious breakfasts. They are delicious and home-cooked with love. A huge thank you to her. We were greeted warmly upon entering the hotel, check-in took just a few minutes, and our luggage was quickly delivered to our room. The bed linen is clean, but the room is small. Everything you need is there, and toiletries are plentiful. One drawback: the standard room has a very small bathroom; the distance from the toilet and bidet to the shower stall is less than 500 cm. It's very inconvenient to use the toilet in this bathroom layout, but for a short stay, it's perfectly acceptable. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. I recommend booking!"

"The hotel is 3-5 minutes from the city center and offers a tasty breakfast. However, there are significant downsides. From what I understand, the plumbing throughout the hotel is very poorly done, and when we arrived, there was a strong smell coming from the bathroom. Based on other reviews, we're not the first to encounter this issue. The bathroom also had black mold and woodlice running around. This was the biggest drawback. Another downside I noticed was the poor Wi-Fi signal on the 4th floor. All the staff were very friendly and tried their best to resolve all problems. The hotel itself isn't bad, but the sewage smell and woodlice really ruin the experience. This isn't the fault of the administrators or housekeepers, but rather the hotel owner. I have no complaints about the staff whatsoever."
