"The location is great, making it easy to get around East Perth and close to the Swan River. The room is spacious enough and comes with a basic kitchenette, including a fridge and microwave. There's also free parking for those driving, and the value for money is decent. However, the soundproofing is definitely weak. You can clearly hear people in the hallway, noise from the next room, and traffic from the street. Light sleepers should seriously consider this. I later found out many guests complain about the noise; perhaps it's a common issue in many Perth hotels? The facilities are a bit dated, but it's perfectly fine for a short stay or a quick stopover."
