"We choose this hotel because the walking distance is 5 minit to hengdian studio. So easy. We arrive at 2am, and the hotel greet us and very helpful. The room is so comfortable with breakfast. I am Muslim, and able to eat side dish with egg, sweet potato, bun,yogurt. We check out, and hotel staff help us when they see we not able to get the Didi. He found out we are still standing outside hotel for more than 15minit. He so helpful.so, we able to catch our train for our next trip. My family so great full. Tq"

"I was stay at this hotel for 3 nights. Receptionist were so friendly. She makes me feel home. She helped me to call for Didi & room operating. Cleaning lady was very polite. Rooms were spacious, well decorated, clean & smell nice. Breakfast was good, surprisingly they served without me asking when am unwind in the garden. I will definetely come back 🤩"

"The location is great, and the room is large, over 40 square meters. However, the facilities are quite old. There were bugs crawling around the bathroom sink and the induction cooktop by the entrance. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and the washing machine didn't work. The most terrifying thing was the first night of our stay. In the middle of the night, someone (a woman, maybe a hotel staff member?) suddenly knocked on our door. I was half asleep and didn't realize it was someone knocking on our door. A moment later, they swiped their card and let me in. I was terrified. I asked who it was, and she immediately apologized for the mistake and left. I was so scared that I couldn't sleep all night. I couldn't sleep well the next day either, constantly worried someone might break in. This hotel isn't a single-story building; it's part of a high-rise complex housing several other hotels. Downstairs is quite convenient, with plenty of food and drink options. It's in a central location in Hengdian."

The lobby is spacious, the environment is great, the room facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, and the room has smart controls. They even offered a complimentary late check-out, which was excellent! 2. There's free parking, and getting around is very convenient. Highly recommended. 3. The front desk service is good, the hygiene is clean, and the details are well-managed. The bed is very comfortable, the mattress is cozy, and I felt very secure. The location is excellent. 4. The front desk staff provided excellent service. I had booked the wrong order, and the lady at the front desk very kindly told me how to fix it and even helped me with the process. "We stayed at the Floral Hotel beside Dream Valley during Chinese New Year, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in China. While the location is already a major advantage being just steps away from Dream Valley and close to the other Hengdian attractions - what truly sets this hotel apart is the heart and personality behind it. This is not a typical boutique hotel. It’s a place shaped by the owners’ passion, taste, and genuine care for their guests. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the hotel is a labor of love. The architecture and interior design are beautifully curated, with many pieces collected by the owners over the years. Walking through the courtyard and hallways feels like stepping into a different era, almost like entering a scene from the Song dynasty. Yet the rooms themselves are fully modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. It’s a rare blend of historical atmosphere and contemporary convenience, and it creates a sense of immersion that you simply don’t get at most hotels in the area. Even though we didn’t stay in the hotel’s best room, we were extremely comfortable. The beds are very firm - something to keep in mind depending on your preference - but we slept well. The room features a large, modern soaking tub that’s perfect after a long day of walking through the film sets and a separate bathroom and shower. And one of our favorite touches was the smart projector in the room, which turns a simple movie night into a cinematic experience. It’s small details like these that show how much thought has gone into making the stay enjoyable. But the true highlight of our visit was the hospitality. The owners are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel welcome. On one rainy day, when there wasn’t much for us to do outside, they invited us into their main hall for tea. They set up a traditional tea table with a heated brazier, creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere that felt like visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. They kept bringing local snacks: seeds, small rice cakes, and even freshly cooked sweet potato - all offered freely and with genuine kindness. My wife and kids loved every bit of it. What could have been a dull, rainy afternoon became one of our favorite memories of the entire trip. Their kindness extended beyond that moment. At one point, we accidentally made a mess in our room (entirely our fault) and the owners helped us clean up without a hint of frustration or judgment. It’s rare to find that level of patience and understanding, especially during the busy holiday season. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. The hotel has a local cook who clearly takes pride in her craft. The dishes were fresh and simple but full of flavor, prepared with care and attention. You could feel her pride in everything she served. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and appreciate the home cooked moment, rather than rushing through a buffet line like at larger hotels. All in all, this hotel was a true win for us. The personal touches, the warmth of the owners, the passion of the cook, and the unique atmosphere created by the carefully collected antiques all come together to create an experience that stands out among the many boutique hotels in the area. In fact, I would say it’s probably better than any other hotel around Hengdian. It’s rare to find a place that feels both deeply rooted in local culture and fully equipped with modern comforts, but this hotel manages to do exactly that. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian, whether for the parks, the film sets, or simply a relaxing getaway. And if we ever return to the area, we would stay here again without hesitation."

"The whole house is smart, and Xiao Ai can handle everything. There is no wardrobe in the parent-child room, but there is a long sofa to put things. It is only a 5-minute ride away from the Huating Night Market. The car has to be parked on the roadside in front of the hotel. The price is really cheap during the Spring Festival.
