It's not bad. There is a supermarket downstairs and a canal downstairs. You can take a walk in the morning and evening. The rooms are relatively large, with washing machines, refrigerators, and microwave ovens. It is very convenient for permanent residence.

首先聲明，差評給的是這個前台，負責人解決事情的態度還是挺好的！本人入住該酒店一週，某天夜裡12點房間突然斷電，導致我的充電器爆炸，前台連夜幫我換了房間，我要求賠償充電器，前台原話：怎麼之前住過的客人沒事，你一來住就出問題了？是你自己“沒有正確使用充電器”。***？？這種毫無邏輯的話是從一個真實的人類口中説出的嗎？我12月買的iPhone15新手機自帶的官方原裝充電線，30w的充電頭是自己花238買的（以上都有購買記錄）。行，既然你們推卸責任，那我就打電話找消防來檢查線路，看到底是誰的責任（該房間第二天找電工一整天都沒修好，明顯就是線路老化，往壞處想，如果我當時充電連着手機，我的新手機也要爆炸，我自己也可能會被電死！觸及生命安全！這種人命關天的大事該酒店前台的態度不僅是推卸責任，反而倒打一耙，職責客人）更絕的來了！我給攜程客服反映，攜程果然明事理，佔我這放，主管小邵給酒店前台打電話協商，第一通被對方罵了，並且依舊拒絕賠償，第二通電話直接給掛了。我因此事未解決，又強行在該酒店續住了一晚，直到負責人給我賠付了新的充電器和線（充電器是20w，不是我的快充30w）雖然我給看了購買記錄，負責人表示賠償金額不可能，但能賠償東西，我也衹能暫且也退讓一步，我根本不是想鬧事，真正讓人生氣的是這個前台女的態度！最後非常感謝攜程，主管小邵幫我一直跟進整件事，我因半夜停電而必須摸黑搬行李，充電器炸了去前台借，被告知沒有，衹能掃酒店的充電寶，多住了一天一夜，住酒店還要花錢給手機充電呵呵！攜程幫我申請把這晚房費免了，依舊被該酒店拒絕！！！

服務非常差，都是臨時工，吹風機壞的，讓拿個吹風機要拿一個多小時，頭髮都自己幹了，人都凍死了，很不衞生，床上地上都有蟑螂，噁心死了，讓換床單也隔了很久很久才來換，牆皮都受潮脱落了，熱水器也是，洗一半就沒熱水了，找前台問話都愛答不理的，可能不想做生意了吧，巨巨巨噁心

房間不錯，江景，樓層高，視野開闊，性價比高，樓下就是商業街，逛和吃都很方便，下次還住這家，唯一需要改進的是網絡不太穩定，用了一陣子會掉線，建議更新下網絡，裏面設施挺齊全的，微波爐，電磁爐，冰箱，消毒櫃，洗衣機都有，總體挺滿意

設施：房子比較舊了。傢俱看起來很舊。酒店式公寓。這個價格還行吧。
在窗户可以看到江景，大概是這個房間最大的優勢吧。這棟樓位置很方便，就在旅遊大廈旁邊。
