As for the hotel itself or more correctly to say the hostel - an amazing house with a parade atrium, which after passing all the original quests is admired, a clean cozy room, Very early departure (in my opinion until 10 a.m.) and phenomenal hearing, we in the room spoke whispering. "We had a really lovely stay here. The staff, many of whom are from Italy, were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful throughout. We had a small issue during check-in, but they were very patient and did their best to sort it out quickly, which we really appreciated. It’s a great place to stay with children. Everything was handled efficiently whenever we needed help, and there are plenty of facilities to keep everyone happy — including a restaurant and bar, a nice area for breakfast and evening activities, and a play area for kids to burn off some energy. For those who enjoy music, there are instruments like a piano, guitar and ukulele to use. There’s also a gym for anyone who enjoys sports and exercise. The outdoor kitchen area is a lovely touch, and our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Overall, a very positive experience and we would happily stay again."

"The bunk bed was a little bit noisy but it was comfortable. Three showers in the whole place which was good, decent size showers. Clean sheets and pillows, kitchen had basic supplies such as bread, cereal, juices and etc. They also provide you with a locker and key for your stuff. This place also host a really good free walking tour of Genova by Spyro tours. Would really recommend this tour. They also give you a google map template that includes their best food, hikes, tourist spots and photo areas. Very helpful! Will come back here again. "

The hotel can be a little difficult to find at first if you are not familiar with the surrounding alleys, but it is very close to the main road, so this was only a minor issue. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also has an elevator, which was particularly convenient when travelling with luggage."
