i have stayed here for 5 times. 4th times booking with trip.my for 2 days then i extend one more day at counter. my 4th booking a bit disappointed. aircond not functioning well. already set 16°c full day until morning but still hot. on the next day i go out at 12pm & ask staff to make room service while im go out but that staff (maybe new staff) refuse with reason we need to ask for room service at 9am.***???did he think this is my 1st time staying at hotel??? soo i ask to change room & another staff say ok. but when i return, they give the same room but they already done room service. 1 thing i really disappointed, they said aircond are okay. better avoid room nbr 11 until some improvement 🥴✌️... another room soo far good

Hotel with no elevator. There are good local restaurants around town, but if you don't like local food, there's a 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away. The shower is a bit of a problem. There is only water soap in the shower, so bring your own toothbrush or shampoo.

We booked this place as we had a wedding at the glasshouse. We booked 4 rooms. Location wise it’s literally a 2 mins walk . It’s perfect and convenient. The rooms were poorly maintained. Lighting was really bad and the water in the sink kept running . The staffs were nice and friendly . I’d say you get what you pay for , so it’s a fair deal
