The hotel is located about 400 meters from Sannomiya JR station. Chinatown is 1.5 kilometers and the Kobe port tower about 2.5 kilometers. The service was exceptionally good, courteous and helpful. The front desk saw me bringing some Ramen noodles and gave me a teapot. The room was comfortable and large enough.

It was so cold. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're a traveler who has a hard time finding a place to stay or is on a tight budget due to a sudden visit to Osaka.

I booked it for my dad, thinking it was just for a night's sleep. The front desk didn't allow me to send him up, leaving an elderly man who didn't speak Japanese to mess with the room by himself. Dad said the room was too stuffy, like being in jail. Finally, he checked out of the room early in the morning and went to a cafe to kill time... the most terrifying experience.

Business hotels these days provide at least one bottle of mineral water as a service. There are no amenities and it even feels a little outdated. The location is also good, so are the facilities and services secondary? I want you to do your best.

何度か利用させていただきましたが、今回だけ受付の髪がボサボサの女の人が態度が悪かったです。 終始不機嫌で、他の従業員がいる時はそうでもないのに1人になると嫌そうに仕事されてました。それなら受付の仕事じゃなくていいのでは？ 楽しい推活だったのに残念です

部屋の広さ、アメニティ、バスルームは普通のビジネス ホテルとかわりありません。ロケーションも良くありませんが、利便性、駐車場、コスパは最高にいいです。 観光、買い物など、ホテル滞在時間短めの人なら おすすめします。
