The location is perfect as its close to all bars and restaurants. Tucked away alittle from all the noise of the main street, even with a little balcony and street front room the noise level was acceptable. Greeted at reception with a a genuine warm smile and a dog that wanted to play fetch was instant happiness for me. The room comfortable and perfect for a short or long stay. It's an older building and the rooms showing their age but all well kept, serviced & displayed. No lift so stairs to room with luggage is something to be mindful of when booking if it may effect you. A great stay and highly recommended as a solo traveler, couple or even friends and family in the larger dual bed rooms. Its Perfect 👌

Great location! The hotel is in the Old Quarter, the most happening area in Hanoi. Bars, restaurants, souvenirs shops are all nearby. It's also convenient location for you to travel to the main attractions in Hanoi! The staffs are also in good attitudes!

They didn’t clean the room during the two days. Secondly, when we did check-in, they told us to leave the luggage on the reception area for them to take it to the room but when we came back, all the luggage was thrown into a corner on the lobby and we needed to pick it up all the way to the 4th floor without an elevator. Mold and humidity in several parts is the room

One of the best locations to stay and roam around city. Food available almost 24 hours at the door steps. Accessibility and service are excellent. I would recommend for all type of travelers not only for families.

There is no elevator to go upstairs, and the room was quite smelly, so I had to buy my own bottle of perfume. But the place is quite convenient around Old quarter area.

Best location you can find in Old Quarter area- walking distance to the famous Banh Mi 25 and all other places. The host was very helpful and kept our rooms tidy at all times! No lifts- but didnt mind the work out! You can also book tours to Ha Long Bay!

No elevator. The hotel water bottles are dangerous. Got cut twice and bled once. Spider webs was in my room.

This hotel is in a good location with quite a few restaurants, cafes etc literally 1min away. The only thing I didn’t like it was very noisy so if you are a light sleeper then take this into consideration. The owner was so friendly and helpful with all your needs. Also No lift so with heavy bags or luggage but the owner is so kind and will help you carry them up the stairs.
