A beautiful resort, my room was new and very clean, an amazing view of the Naruto bridge. Spectacular breakfast! In the afternoon there are free drinks and snacks, including alcoholic drinks. I will definitely be back. The spa part is wonderful.

This hotel is such a 5 stars with no doubt and I’m gonna choose to stay in this hotel if I come to Awaji Shima again. The hotel room is clean and very comfortable. The terrace in the guest room is able to watch the stars at night. Dining service of breakfast and dinner are nice. And the parking service is included, it’s very convenient.

When I arrived at the hotel at night, the female staff greeted me politely. It was relatively quiet nearby. There was free parking. The room was large and the wash basin was outside. There was no bathtub in the bathroom. It was clean and tidy. The male staff were also polite in the morning. Good. I hope to come again.

The parking lot is a little far away when using the car, so I think it's easy to contact the hotel and go.
I thought it was difficult for a bad foot person, because it was a staircase from the outside to the front desk.
This time it was a reservation for a Japanese room. There was also a unit bus, a futon was laid in a tatami room and a simple Wi-Fi.
There is a supermarket nearby.
It is close to Mt. Mikuma and Sumoto Jo castle.

Really a nice place for relaxing. Perfect service professional, helpful and friendly staff with a warm smile.
We stayed in Naruto Room which is really amazing. Kids are super excited for the free gifts and Naruto , Sasuke clothes.
Your can enjoy free drink, snacks and welcome fruit providing in the room.
Dinner and breakfast are included which is really high quality and delicious. Awaji beef is a MUST try.
If you like watching stars, GRAND CHARIOT is a wonderful for you.
The only disadvantage is the transportation. We went there by public transport. All information and instructions are unclear and we spent plenty of time to get there. Also, hotel is far away from the park entrance. You must contact the hotel at the information centre from park Exit F for the pick up when you arrived. Other than that, everything is perfect.

The hotel is beautiful and cozy, I booked a Japanese-style room with a great sea view. Hot spring is clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is delicious and has lots of choices with local Japanese food. Highly recommend

I'm sorry to bother you on your wedding anniversary. The room type that includes brunch and dinner is very high-end. The hot springs are also good. You can take the hotel car to the main hotel to soak in it, but this place is great. There is also an oven service, which is also very good. You can also have your luggage delivered to the Osaka hotel. The cost is not high.
