We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

I can't believe this hotel is more than 60 square meters, it is enough for a large family to live, and the hotel price is huge inversely proportional to the area. I believe it is in Japan, which is shocking. If I go to Osaka, Japan, to live near Namba next time, the price is not added, I will definitely choose this one again.
The only drawback is that you can only use the key and only one. If many people stay together and move separately, it is very inconvenient. It will be more reasonable to change to a password lock.

Good size room, bigger than many hotels in Japan.. There are 3 of us, and we still have decent walking space with our luggage open. Hotel is a bit far from Dotonbori, so it's quite a walk, especially on rainy days. No point taking train as it's about same walking time from train stations. It will be nice if hotel can provide bottled water. Room is clean and nice.

I stayed in March 2020, but it was time when the world suddenly canceled my overseas trip at the airport counter because I was already afraid that I would not be able to return home due to the corona disaster. At this time, I stayed at the Chiba Chuo store of the hotel and had a clean environment, but when I used this Osaka Shinsaibashi store a week later, the cleaning condition was inappropriate even in the normal period, but the new coronavirus was positively spreading. state It was unsanitary cleaning in the situation. I was surprised at the cleaning of the local front desk and guest rooms like an inn that is done by 1 people ~2 people. I applied to the front desk and asked him to change the room, but it's too poor for a Daiwa Roynet Hotel less than 1 years from the opening.

A very unbelievable self-service hotel
1. I arrived in Osaka from Nara before 11 o'clock in the morning, but I was told that the password of the self-service hotel would not be sent to my email until after 12 o'clock
2. The hotel suggested that I could store my luggage in the coin locker on the first floor, but I couldn't enter the lobby without the password
3. When a guest came out, I went in and found that a large locker required 8 100-yuan coins, eight! Not 100-yuan coins! Who would keep so many on hand!
4. I quickly went to the vending machine to buy two bottles of water and exchanged them for 8 coins. As a result, I found that one locker could not fit two suitcases, so I threw the other luggage next to the luggage locker in a rage.

The best thing about Tokyu Stay was its location right next to the metro and also its en suite washing machine. The hotel doesn’t clean your room daily if you book it for 7 days or more. So for my 10 day trip, they only cleaned it once, which wasn’t great. The rest of the days only had changes in towels.
Also the housekeeping was not very attentive. I had 3 people staying in the room and only had 2 towels (I had an infant with me). And every day when replacing the towels they only gave me two, for 10 days straight even when I asked housekeeping for an additional towel every single day. This lack of initiative isn’t great either.
Overall, it is cheap for its location and also for its amenities (the washing machine). Besides that, the service and housekeeping isn’t top class but given the price, nothing much to complain.

🇹🇭This is my first time booking an apartment. It took me quite a while to check before I booked, but I have to thank the trip's review for making my decision easier. Looking at the distance from the Guniko sign, it's not that far, about 1 station to Namba station. Traveling is very convenient. Walk out about 200 meters and you'll reach the train station, or you can walk to the name card station, about 1.5 kilometers. The facilities in the room are very complete. The room is very big and can sleep 8 people. But this time, there were only 3 of us, so the room was very spacious. There is a kitchen for cooking, a refrigerator, a washing machine with detergent, toothbrushes, and a separate bathroom. Let's just say that I was very impressed with this place. If I have a chance, I will go back again. I feel that it is worth the money. Nothing is missing. Oh, there is one thing that I would like to have a clothesline because you have a washing machine but we don't have one to hang clothes when we do laundry. The clothes are not exposed to the sun and will be damp. It will smell.
The Wi-Fi is very good. It is very strong. There is no lag. You can watch TV and YouTube all day. I stayed here for 3 nights. I felt like going out for just one day. On the 2nd day, I wanted to sleep like an ***** in this room. The bed is soft. The pillows are good. I am happy with Osaka for 4 days. The building is still new. It looks like it was just built. On Google, the picture may be an old picture, so it is hard to understand because when I first arrived, there was a white building a little further away. So I went to look at the white building. It turned out that it was not. But the admin who took care of it replied to the chat a lot. So I found out that it was a black building next door. If anyone is worried that it will be difficult to stay, I can tell you that it is very easy. I am a stupid person. I can still stay here.
If anyone has the chance, I recommend this place. I can tell you that for me, I will come back again. I feel bored with hotels because the hotel room is small. When I go, I don't talk to my friends. But here, we are together. We talk until we can sleep. I feel closer. There are so many things to discuss. Thank you. I stayed in room 702. 🇹🇭

This was our first of three accommodations on our trip to Japan, and it turned out to be the coolest: the newest, most spacious and comfortable.
Comfortable bed, necessary furniture and equipment. Shower with clothes dryer and separate toilet!
Great location, we were happy: we chose it so that it was close to the train from the airport. Nearby are all kinds of subways, Dotonbori Street and the zoo.
We would come back again, and we recommend these apartments to everyone.

GGuest User1 months ago, the hotel in Kanazawa was good, so I stayed here for a while before the opening. It was a little rainy, but I was moving in the arcade, so I was almost wet. Arrived without the view from the room, so the surrounding hotels and buildings are assumed. The room is clean and the bathroom is separate. The breakfast was delicious. I thought again, but the size of the tissue box is easy to use. The small type of square has been hard to get, so it's good to recur. Look, I knew there was only a disposable slipper, so this time I checked in and I gave you an additional reason. I'm sorry.
NNormanHotel Okura is very prestigious place with Japanese emperor frequently visited. One of the big conglomerates Pre world war 2. 1 year ago, Japanese emperor had visited Okura Kobe. However, it has been subpar to say the least and overpriced.
Cleanliness (Stains in a lot of spots)
As you can see from the photo. There were stains at bathtub. When I asked the front, they said it is inevitable due to how long it has been used. Even the washroom inside Okura had stains and dust, which is very concerning considering it’s price point
Location (Good for sea views but bad for tourism, walking and traveling)
The location for sea view is amazing and it’s near haborland and BeKobe. However, Meriken-Oriental park also offer the same sea view + direct port for ferry with same price point and better cleanliness.
The big problem with its location is it is far from everywhere else. Some tourist spots such as Kitano Ijinkan, sanomiya city center, waterfalls and herb garden. The JR is at Shin-Kobe which is around 15min taxi. Walking is pain the ass, as front entrance is only for cars, in order to walk, you need to go through one of the three sub-entrances, which requires you taking elevator or walking stairs
The location is not bad but there are hotels with better location such as ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe.
Directly under the shinkansen, 5 min walk (one street) from kitano ijikan and one straight line to waterfall and herb garden. The service was also fantastic.
Service (Amazing, but can’t really speak English)
The only thing going for the hotel with this price point was its service. Everyone was really kind and helpful, very professional. I have seen several times staffs were struggling with English speakers but aside it’s amazing.
Amenities. (It got the regular stuff but lacking minor stuff like weight scale, free newspaper etc which gets offered at same price point)
GGuest UserI used it for the first time. It is very convenient because it is close to Sannomiya Station and there are many commercial facilities and restaurants. The front was a main road, but the room was quiet. The staff 々 also felt good, and it was helpful to keep my luggage for a little time after checking out. The room was clean and he had a view of the city. (Middle floor) The buffet-style breakfast was also fulfilling and delicious for the reasonable accommodation fee. It is convenient to walk to the sightseeing tour bus stop in 5 minutes ~ 6 minutes.
KKI-NRTArima Onsen town is a stone's throw away from both Osaka and Kobe, which is likely one reason that hotels and ryokans can charge such high rates there. Being at the upper end of the pricing echelon, Arimasansoh Goshobessho's room rates can't be considered good value. Still, we decided to spend a two-night getaway there in spite of that. Sticker shock notwithstanding, we feel that Arimasansoh can be considered among the nicer small properties that Japan has to offer. Arimasansoh is nestled at the end of a long strip of hotels in the Arima Onsen town - it's really quaint, but still within walking distance to the main tourist areas. The property is charming, and the buildings and villas blend in nicely to the calming environment that is full of trees, ponds and other pretty vegetation. Stepping into the grounds for the first time will instantly reduce your blood pressure - it's that soothing of a place. Service is refined, if a bit formal; we could tell they've all been comprehensively trained in Japanese hospitality. Given the clientele that stays there, being discreet and unobtrusive is probably appropriate. The sprawling hotel grounds are divided into two distinct sections. On the lower hillside along the banks of a river are the two-storey Maisonette rooms. We weren't able to tour this room type, but at first glance they seemed quite close together - sort of townhouse style. Further up the hill (near the reception area and the public onsen baths) are the one-storey Villa Suites, which is the room type that we stayed at. Our room was absolutely gigantic, and felt more spacious than the published size (for what it's worth, both the Maisonette and Villa Suites are listed as 100m².) There's an enormous living room as well as a large bedroom, along with a small balcony with views across the ravine. The Villas also have a bathroom the size of many hotel rooms. It comes complete with dual vanities, a sauna as well as a private Onsen (hot springs) bath. Further adding to the sense of massive space is the extremely high vaulted ceilings. Aesthetically speaking, the dark wood and dark brown furnishings were a bit on the dark side (for our tastes); the lighting was barely sufficient to prevent the room from exhibiting a gloomy feel - but just barely. The Onsen bath is nice; however, it's not of the free-flowing variety... it's empty and you fill the tub with the Onsen water by turning on the bath tap, just as you would a regular bath. It wouldn't be a problem but for the fact that the water trickles out at a glacial pace. We literally had to let the water run for over 30 minutes before the tub was filled up halfway. Arimasansoh also offers a communal Onsen bath area, one each for women and men. As was the case with the Onsen in the Villa, the water is unique in that it's brackish brown in color. And, you can really smell the sulfur. Arima Onsen is renowned for the (alleged) healing powers of its mineral hot springs; whether you believe it or
CCookie118Location is really good 5 - 10 minute walk from the train station (sannomiya) and ikuta jinja. Their is also a matusya right next to the hotel that is 24 hour, so it is perfectly for breakfast and dinner. There is also a lawsons 30 seconds away which is very convenient. The room was very clean and the amenities were very good too. The staff at the front desk also spoke some English, which made the check-in and check-out much easier, plus it was 24h too. I didn't have any issues but if you do the staff will be able to help you.
GGuest UserI chose this inn for morning and evening room meals with an open-air bath in the room. This condition was very cheap and affordable compared to other hotels. The food in the room is devised and delicious, and the person in charge is polite and good. It was at the front desk, but it was a pity that there was no alcohol spray in the room. The open-air bath in the room has a ceiling when the large open door is fully opened, but it becomes an open-air bath. Is it semi open-air? Radon hot spring water is always poured in, and the bathtub is deep and wide, and it is large enough to put in four couples and two children at once, and it has a very open feeling. The room has only one bathtub and there is also a body wash space. The view from the open window is wonderful and it is very relaxing as it is a refreshing green side of the mountains across the river. The scenery at the top of the Kokokan website remained the same. In addition, compared to high-priced inns, the facilities are a little inferior to the luxury feeling, but other inns in Arima are in the city, so you will not be able to see this view. I didn't go to the large communal bath, but small canned beer was also provided free of charge in front of Corona. It was currently canceled. There is also a Kinsen bath along the river. There is a shuttle bus from the station, and if you go up the river a little, you will find a trout fishing ground and a waterfall that is surprisingly crowded.
GGuest UserI went by car. The parking lot is opposite the multi-storey car park and the inn. It may be a little small if you go by large car. The parking lot on the day of stay can be parked after 10 am. I checked in at 15:00, but I arrived early because it was crowded the day before the Arima Onsen holiday. After taking a walk, I returned to the inn at 14:00. From there, I was allowed to wait for an hour at the front desk. 10 minutes ago, the male staff explained the facilities and emergency exits in the building while saying an extra word that it was a little early. If you are an inn like this, you will serve welcome tea and sweets and entertain you at first, but it may be a shortage of labor. The room had an open-air bath. I was satisfied with the massage chair, but unlike the image I saw in advance, the sheets were laid on the mattress. Did you miss the futon? It was so thin. For dinner, he offered beef and sashimi close to the edge, probably because he was conscious of profitability. The white rice is not sharpened well or it is scalded. The soup stock tastes like the second soup stock, probably because it was taken wrong. When I was sleeping early in the morning, I woke up with the loud sound of dropping the plate in preparation for breakfast. For breakfast, the squid sashimi was messed up, probably because I dropped the plate. He gave it to me without putting it in the envelope at check-out. Thank you very much. No word. I didn't help carry my luggage even though there were three people at the entrance. The family next door was helping me pretending to be unseeing. Older women have high customer service capabilities, and young women have the lowest customer service capabilities. I felt that tradition was obsolete in this way. Arima has other good inns. The inn that cannot be multiplied by hot springs, food and customer service is the worst. I was disappointed.
Ssa2kiI went by car, but the affiliated parking lot was full and I parked in the nearby coin parking. There are many parking around the hotel, but I struggled to find it because there are many steps. If you use the train, I think it's good because it's near the station. The room is semi-double and compact. The bed making was clean. Somehow there were a long hair on the bathroom wall, a few hairs on the wall before sitting in the toilet seat, and 30 centimeters in the bathtub. The toilet cleaned sheet was pasted, and the inside of the bus and the wall were dry. I can only think I wiped it with a used towel... It's a bit creepy. The bedside and outlet are about 1m away in a semi-double 1 room. All the lighting was convenient because it was possible to sleep.
GGuest UserIt is not surprising that ”ginsen” is everywhere, but ”ginsen” is not so easy. It was originally said that it would spring only from the spring source in the limited area of the north of Mt. Atago, and I thought the height was pumped up. I heard that there are many new spring sources now. Because this is ”Atago Yama Izumi source”, is it ”shoba Yama Izumi source” that can be seen behind the condominium? Jinsen is a thick hot water, and maintenance seems to be difficult everywhere. I look for an inn because the day trip hot water is already troublesome. Arima can be luxurious because the rich people of keihanshin gather. Is the inn of Kanpo one standard for cooking? When you look at the list page of the inn of the Arima Onsen Tourism Association HP, it is often displayed as ”one person travel OK”, but it does not appear in the HP plan of the inn. It is not understood considering the management of the inn. I want 2 food because the sashimi and pot materials on the table are not different. It is not old but not new. It is a building of the times, and it is convenient to be able to stay at the price for traveling alone. It seems that the management mother body will change from April. I hope it will be more convenient.
Mmanetantan Close to the nearest Oishi station and was like a residential area. I had to transfer to Koshien Stadium and Himeji. Only shower, but I think it is better for the main tourist than accommodation. There was a drag store next to it, and it was convenient to buy a little snack.
