Friendly receptionists and good service. However, there are few drawbacks, very limited choices of breakfast, the room is in the basement and no windows and no bathmat available. There was an incident happened during our stay. We complaint about the service of the breakfast and the inflexible, the manager and the team resolved the matter promptly. Overall, the service was great.

酒店服務非常好。辦理入住時前台特意跟我説了一下房間位置，怕我找不到。放完行李出門問前台附近有什麼好吃的？保安大叔和前台都很熱情的介紹各種美食以及具體路線。退房當天想着要出去玩，帶着行李不方便，把行李寄存前台。住宿期間不管是前台保安還是打掃衞生的大姐服務都很熱情，有什麼問題保潔大姐都幫忙解決。就像朋友一樣，讓人感覺非常温暖友好。
