Great disappointment, nothing like the website. Spa was closed and required 1 hour warmup. room was small and uncomfortable, with nowhere to hang coats or anything else. Staff was unhelpful and uncaring. Booked four nights and left after one.

very good hotel, recently maintened with furnitures pretty new the room was very comfortable with some nice extras (espresso machine with a good mix of capsules). good and relaxing sleep good also the restaurant suggrst: start your day with a excellent scrum led egg made at the moment concierge and waiters very professional

nice hotel outside, neni sef je snouf z slovakia mluvi jak prace a vari jak ma rad laska zivot neda se jist, sirove, studene , suchy, bez chuti , dont trip in this hotel it s look nice outside same marketing food, inside is wrong

Super 4 star hotel! Service way beyond what is expected in the Czech Republic. Delicious and nicely plated meals in the restaurant, although it’s not a big menu. Breakfast was good with many options.
Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom with shower was nice and recently renovated. Adjacent to the hotel is a wine gallery. We ended up wine tasting
from 70 different Czech wines and were served a wonderful (and plentiful) BBQ dinner the same evening. Dogs are welcome too! I can really recommend this hotel for a couples relaxing weekend. Worth every penny.
