This is a privately-owned unit, so some of the hotel amenities were not accessible such as laundry service and fitness room, which was disappointing. The unit needs some maintenance and there was very limited kitchen equipment such as cutlery, mugs, etc. The unit was very spacious however, and the air conditioner worked very well. Location and view was good.

The room was nice and spacious, but my overall stay was just okay since I was here for work, not leisure. mostly just a place to sleep. Called at 12 PM from the airport for early check-in, but wasn't allowed as the room wasn't ready. When asked about luggage storage for a workshop, they said they didn't have any storage service, so I had to lug my bags everywhere. The room was clean overall, but the floor was very dusty, and the aircon wasn't cold enough. The listing mentioned a washing machine, but there wasn't one in my room. On the bright side, they granted a late check-out until 1 PM when requested. No mineral water provided, and the bathroom had two unlabeled liquid soaps of different colors, making it confusing to tell body wash apart from shampoo.

There's no human customer service to reply to messages, and when they do, it's very slow. There's also no luggage storage, and they don't provide slippers or toothbrushes. It feels like the person responsible for responding at this hotel is very laid-back. I wanted to store my luggage here for a day to go out to sea, but I couldn't, which forced me to stay two extra days. I thought all hotels in the area were like this, but after checking into another one, I found out that most hotels still have a front desk and customer service. So, I hope everyone thinks carefully before booking this place.

We stayed here for two nights as a couple. The biggest advantage of this property is definitely its location. It’s within walking distance of Gaya Street, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores and many of Kota Kinabalu’s main attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. The staff were responsive. WiFi was horrible :( we had to use eSIM, that’s why I put this score. Also the place really needs some maintenance. Unfortunately, cleanliness was the main downside. The apartment did not feel properly cleaned before our arrival. Several areas were dusty, and overall housekeeping standards were below expectations. This was disappointing because the apartment has good potential otherwise. If cleanliness and WiFi is improved, this could be an excellent place to stay thanks to its central location and good facilities. At the moment, I would recommend it mainly to travelers who prioritize location over spotless accommodation.

Clean and nice. Got the washer machine hehe very useful. But please fix the light, suddenly turned on and off itself.

The location and ambiance are pretty good. The front desk service is self-check-in, so you have to pick up the keys yourself, which was a little inconvenient. The hygiene could use some improvement. Overall, for this area and price point, it's a relatively good value for money option.

I had a wonderful stay at M Centro City Centre. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the window. The bed was cozy, and all the basic amenities were provided. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping malls, and attractions. The staff were friendly, polite, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The only small suggestion would be to improve the Wi-Fi speed during peak hours. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would happily stay here again in the future.

Nice view, cleanliness in top, huge space for couples. Check in process is easy and most importantly, the host services are the best! Fast reply and helpful with our inquiries. Definitely a convenient stay if we visit KK.

Bersih & sangat luas ! Semua keperluan lengkap , penggosok baju , hair dryer , tv , working table & etc . Owner sangat generous towards us the whole time . I even burnt the ironing board by accident and told them about it , yet they said its fine and that I dont have to worry about it !
