OVERALL
Room was cosy, clean and comfortable. great stay in the room. the LIFTS WOULD TAKE U 1000 years to go up and down. would stay here again if not for the lift and the check in / out system. you can send a whatsapp message to the number on trip and they will redirect you to the one specific for this apartment
DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS U ARE PATIENT WITH LIFTS!!
THINGS TO NOTE
DEPOSIT- you’ll need a 200RM cash deposit if you’re staying here. they do not accept credit card / QR for deposit
BAG DEPOSIT - costs 5RM the counter will tell u to go to the concierge but sometimes there’s no staff there. they will just use a sticky note and you’ll take a photo to show them
CHECK IN / OUT
check in and out times we very messy and crowded. the staff however were trying to speed up the queue. there is 2 queues for different property owners. MYKEY one is on the right side.
there’s no proper or clear signage of where to queue
THE ROOM
the room felt cosy and homey. could imagine staying longer. felt very at home when i was there.
LIFTS
at check in everyone is just waiting for the lift and there’s a long queue everyone was just trying to squeeze in and out
we came back to the hotel at midnight we had to queue to go back up.
WHEN I WAS TRYING TO LEAVE THE HOTEL TO CHECK OUT I WAITED 20 MINS FOR THE LIFT N SPENT 8 MINS IN THE LIFT!!

The room is nice complete you can cook but little bit far from the market but near In twin tower you walk 10 to 15 minutes , but you can't ask for clean the room everyday

Overall, the room was decent but not clean. Rug, pillows and bed sheet were visibly stained. Location is great.
