The hotel view has very good view. But unfortunately the bed has bug which bites ppl. And they don't do cleaning Until you request. Towel also only change upon request.

The hotel is in a good location and has cool amenities like the restaurant, gym, bar and rooftop pool and garden area. However while the rooms are clean, there are almost no amenities-slippers, bathrobes, hairdryers, etc. They only replaced towels and cleaned rooms upon request. The walls between the rooms are thin, so you can hear everything and everyone hears you. It’s not actually a 5-star hotel, but it is not a ripoff-the price is commensurate with the quality.

Very comfortable room. A mini mart at the lobby for convenience. Walking distance to night market and China town and some other places. Overall happy with the stay.

Had an awesome 3 night stay with ceylonz.
Beautiful view of the kl city from the swimming pool, accompanied by a bar/restaurant by the side for a better chillax experience.
Unexpectedly big room was given to me as i only booked for 2 (might have missed out the pax mentioned by the management), easily able to fit for 5 pax.
Great location as able to get to public transport easily (GOKL 2 for pasar seni destination)

Poor hygiene, ants everywhere, very dirty bedsheet with blood stain and hair on it (didn't take picture), USB charging port was broken, no fan on the ceiling, instead there was a broken wire, the hair dryer was not working... worst accommodation I have ever been to

This was my first trip to KL and friend of mine gave me recomendation to book hotel near Bukit Bintang. So i searched for some hotels near the area and i saw this hotel. Well i have no regret after booked and stayed for 3 nights. We got high zone and the scenery was beautiful. Gym and pool at the rooftop, the room was clean, you will have mini kitchen in your room. Petronas not too far from the hotel, Bukit bintang and the nearest public transportation could be reached by walk. Prepare yourself some cash for deposit.
