No complaint about the decoration and room. Just that a bit frustrated with the lift. only 2 of 3 working during my stay and it was so stuffy inside the lift especially during peak hours. The other frustrated one is trying to reach CP1.. you need to go to the ground floor and walk to the other side to change lift to CP1. not flexible at all. one of the 3 lifts can go direct to CP1.
Limited channels for TV.
the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

It’s meant for a staycation, and the stay was nothing short of awesomeness - every details met the expectations just right ! The reception and services provided were professional enough, making the check-in process a seamless one. My friend and I had a good time spending most of our time exploring the facility per se. The room we’ve got boasted quite a stunning view overlooking the entire landscape of the city, including all iconic towers in KL, with the national palace perfectly framed as well. In short, the stay was amazing - great service, comfort, and atmosphere; truly memorable !

This hotel is very beautiful,no doubt there but the location is horrible. It is expensive to move around because the hotel is so far out and the traffic to this place is terrible. I couldn’t have dinner here because apparently dinner was done before the closing time so book the reservation early and go early.

Nice view, great breakfast. Small selection of buffet on top of a fixed set per person in an 1 hour dining window. The only gripe I have is the highest floor lobby at level 66. Long waiting time for 3 working lifts.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed, a true definition of art. Room was a masterpiece with excellent facilities and very neat. Staff were friendly and accessible.Breakfast was great with lovely scenery. Skye pool was extremely clean, well maintained and defined. My stay was amazing, will highly recommend .
