The owner at Tropicana were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

I was traveling with my family, We had a horrible situation
We arrived by night to the place, fortunately we found someone that told us how to get to reception which is at some floor inside the building because when I wrote by whatsapp no one answered, after check in we slept, next day morning we found many cockroaches inside the room, also in the bathroom, outside the room at the kitchen I found a basket full of garbage, not clean and many cockroaches, I got allergic, we had to leave even without take a shower the place was all dirty there is a plague of cockroaches. Of course they didn't refund even i asked only 2 of the 3 nights they refused.
Also they wrote about a perfect review and send them a screen shot.
Not worth the value is cheap but not clean

Located in a good place which can reach klcc and the mrt station by walking. Easy to find restaurant and the room is clean. Just the kitchen and toilet have some smell. Parking lot is provided and the customer service is good! The one who help me to check out is very helpful and friendly. Recommend to stay in this place.

The location is outstanding, just a short walk from KLCC and a variety of late-night restaurants. Parking and lift access are very convenient, and the check-in and check-out processes are smooth. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed, with effective air conditioning and clean, comfortable towels, bedsheets, and sofa.
Overall, this stay offers a fantastic experience, and adding amenities like a rubbish bin in the master bedroom and bathroom, along with extra plastic bags for waste, would further enhance the comfort and convenience.
