Itās right next to monorail station Medan Tuanku, opposite Quill city mall, clean room and comfy bed, with beautiful city view, we had a memorable stay.

Ok stay, the place is dated..noise on weekend is unbearable..our room face the side..but those bike keep racing in the midnight..breakfast was good..bed a bit too soft

Went here to celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary, was expecting some letter/cake or any free dessert to congratulate or greet us. None of this was done, I had high hopes since it's Sheraton š
. Aside from this the room was clean and spacious. Wide variety of selection during break fast. The building was quite old, I was shocked to see how small the reception area is. But overall ok. Location near train.

At least I got my king bed finally after paying for a king bed room and received only a twin bed room with mouldy ceiling.
My low rating is for Front Office where itās terrible. No smile, staff seems unhappy working there. None of the Front Office staff greeted me with my correct family name in my two days stay, at all.
Essence staff on the other hand, were always smiling, greeting me and with my family, correct. Food was also really good and delicious with lots of variety.
At least, even the GM greeted guests at the lobby with a smile when I walked pass him even when he was with a group of his guest.
Front Office staff have a lot to learn. Even some staff coming out from Front Office wearing black suits didnāt even greet any guests when walking out. Learn from the GM.

Booked a king bed room but given a twin bed room with a mouldy ceiling. Highlighted to a person who identified himself as a manager but received zero service recovery. Definitely not the service standard of a Sheraton hotel. I will take further action as I mentioned to the manager that I had headaches and cough as Iām allergic to mould but he didnāt even ask if I needed to see a doctor. Not the right thing to do.

Keep coming back to this hotel and satisfied with the services āŗļø i love the bed so much its comfortable, the room was cleaned and the walking closets is advantage, the bathroom was huge and clean.. the staf was very good from the receptionts staff, concierge staff, and restaurant staff are very helpful. Event the location was not a walking distance to klcc but i enjoyed staying here.. Thanks for the good hospitality

Hotel is quite dated but refurbished and feel cozy & comfortable. Room size is surprisingly large and functional. Comfort bed & pillows. Tasty breakfast especially juice station (fresh with cold pressed). Friendly staff at every unit of this hotel. Wifi is stable! Of course, Both monorail and LRT Subway station is just a few footsteps!
