First impression building is new and still alot of construction on the surround however the vicinity of the place is so close to shopping district i.e. TRX just a short stroll around the block, 15mins walking distance to pavilion. In terms of facilities and amenities, these both were sufficient. There is gym and pool which we didn't get chance to use and a sky garden at the top level which you can get a glimpse of KL tower and twin towers at night. The washing machine was very useful as we had a family of 4. Service and cleanliness is above average, there was some used towels underneath the vanity and it was cleaned immediately the next day after we raised this issue. Housekeeping was done as soon as we requested the following day. Overall, we had a great time and stay at the apartment.

New room but hard to park. The guard won't let you in if you say you're staying at a homestay/airbnb. That's a lack. The other room is very comfortable, clean and only 400m walk to TRX MRT. Can you give 4 stars less than 2 stars for parking if you bring a car then there will be problems.

It was a pleasant stay. Our unit on blk B1, 58th floor faces TRX (8mins walk). It is cleaned, beds comfy and pleasantly furnished. Mr Shejan was very prompt to reply and action when we ask for fresh towels and clear the rubbish bins. Would be nice if the owner can add a lamp (warm light) in the masterbedroom and a tv. We booked the agile becos we liked the outdoor pool but unfortunately it was under repair and we cldnt swim for 4 days stay. Otherwise, it wld hv been prefect.

The apartment-style hotel has nothing to say about hygiene and facilities, including a washing and drying machine, kitchen utensils, and air-conditioning fans. Dine at nearby restaurants like Hai Kah Lang, Indian, Chinese, Seafood at reasonable prices and just a few minutes walk away. The hotel is very new, the self-service check-in is very convenient, the staff are very nice, I like it very much.

Pros:  1. Location is great. 2. Nice pool, gym room and garden Cons: 1. Room with terrible smoking smell when we checked in.  2. Sofa with burning holes. 3. Dusty furnitures and thick dust on fan blades. 4. Saw mouse running around in car park area.  5. Misleading information exiting from car park.  6. Contacted the pic assigned and property before checking in, no reply from pic at all. Called several times to property and a foreign worker picked up call, yet unable to help much. We have to park far from our block to office, to collect the keys as no clear information was given to guide us  at all.

The location of the B&B is not bad. It is within walking distance of two commercial centers. The house is very new and has just been delivered. There are still many undelivered houses on the same floor, so not many people live there. The electrical appliances in the room are relatively complete, but they lack daily living facilities, such as no towel hanging, no place to put shampoo in the bathroom, and the new house still has the smell of decoration. The decoration quality of the house is really average. The window glass is too thin. When you close the window on the 36th floor and sleep at night, you can hear the noise of motorcycles on the road. The window is not equipped with a screen. Because there is a decoration smell in the house, you have to open the window for ventilation. I don’t know if this is the reason. A very big cockroach entered the house one day. The bed in the room is very short. The feet are already out of the room at a height of 180. The average price is 555 yuan a day. It is a bit stingy that a bottle of water is not provided in the house.

Overall it's good and pleasant since it's very new. But few things to improve as below; 1. Bathroom window is not tinted and no curtain, it's transparent and very uncomfortable..... feeling insecure, we request extra towel to cover the toilet window. 2. Need to request toilet rolls since there is no spare one in the room, 3 toilets but only 2 toilet rolls provided and we book for 3 nights stay. 3. 2nd toilet leaking but luckily not smelly. 4. No bedsheets but only linen for all the bed in the rooms. 5. No dustbin in the toilet but only one at the living room. 6. Body wash was empty in one bathroom, never checked before we check in. 7. Sound proof is poor, can hear neighbour knocking or renovating in the morning. There is some good feedbacks as below too; 1. Very cozy interior design, feeling so calm. 2. 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets is perfect for family stay. 3. Giving hotel vibes as all necessities is provided such as toothbrush, shower caps, sanitary pad, towel and even floor towel, shampoos and body wash, utensil, pan, kettle, microwave etc. 4. Good location, very near to TRX and not far from Pavillion. 5. Clean and bright with big space. 6. Aircond is cold and freezing. 7. Nice sky deck can see the good views.

Spacious one bedroom apartment with an open kitchen attached. Optional to have Sofa bed is in the living hall or flat mattress on the floor for more than two persons. The washroom is specious however sweeper, wet mop and two pails are lying on the floor, looks ugly. No self check in and very much depending on the staff coming down to meet you outside the door just to past you a door key. No proper check in guide. Unexpected luxury stay without a proper arrangement of check in.

It was my first time going abroad. I saw that this apartment can communicate in Chinese, which was indeed much more convenient. The housekeeper was very enthusiastic, the room facilities were very complete, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep on. Although it is not as good as a five-star hotel, the price is here, and the per capita cost performance is very high. In Malaysia, you must watch the place when smoking. Smoking indoors will be fined. The garden swimming pool on the 7th floor is very cool. There are basically no people, so there should not be many people staying. It is also very close to TRX, Pavilion, Alor Street, and the intersection of Internet celebrities. You don’t need to take a taxi. You can walk there in 10 minutes. There are high-end restaurants and roadside stalls. I recommend you to experience it.

Our stay here was fantastic! Our host was also very friendly and helpful. The apartment also had a washing machine which we were very happy with and a truly fantastic infinity pool (2 even!) which our children, but also we ourselves, enjoyed very much. Really beautiful and well maintained. The location of the apartment could hardly be better. It is right around the corner from all the shops and restaurants. In one word, fantastic!
