Very nice property on back waters…resort has water body in centre which is good to look at

Rooms are good size but need renovation now as don’t seem like 5 star standard

Wonderful family time as i went with my Mother 82 and my son 28 3 generations but we all had a great time . Priya reception ***ager was so warm and super from greeting to her service She actually made our trip by upgrading us for a night to a poolvilla which made my Mom's experience so special.

We had a really really good time at this resort. The staff was super helpful, always smiling and careing!! The room was a delight. Watching the water as you wake up is bliss. Added to it is the monsoon which came visting too. Special thanks to the ***ager Mr. Dinesh Varma, Noyal, Priya and Vipin

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful heritage property. The place is an oasis of peace and quiet, where you can sit by the lake for hours, and listen to wild birds, read and watch stunning sunsets. The pool villa we had chosen was big and comfortable, with stunning views of the lake. We ended up hardly using the tiny private pool, but just the views from our villa made choosing it worthwhile. The hospitality was simply outstanding in every aspect, with personalised attention by every dept and every member of the staff - from the prompt replies to my email queries by Shine in reservation, to Priya in front desk, Vishnu at the pool, chef ***oj who would check in on us each day & recommend what to try, to the brave people who lent their bicycles to my kids to cycle round and round the property incessantly, to the evening cultural sessions which were simply stunning; each of these was a memorable experience in itself. The food (we had taken the breakfast + 1 meal package) was superb & with a lot of variety to choose from. The spa is a must try, with Dr Indu’s personalised consultation to help you choose options suitable for you . Our kids had a great time too with activities as kayaking, zip line & the pool to keep them occupied. The houseboat we hired for 4 hours was another memorable experience with phenomenal food! On the whole, an amazing experience that I would happily recommend!

Amazing property with in-house lake and exceptional heritage rooms. Walking around the property is in itself a delight and must do in Kumarakam. Priya greeted us really well and the reception and ensured our stay was comfortable. Thank you!

Very beautiful property with lots of greenery , amazing sunrise and sunset . Staff was very helpful just like a typical Taj. Back of the property is connected to the Asia largest lake, rooms are water front facing with various types of trees. You can also find small turtles on your walks with birds from the nearby bird century coming to the property. Overall Memorable experience

Over all awesome experience, kids enjoyed the stay. The stay is amidst nature. Special thanks To Priya ***athri Sumit..restaurant chef and also the one who prepared khichadi for my younger daughter on our request. Amazing stay and everything was perfect from the hotel room to staff. Nice ambience, delightful food, ever courtouse staff special mention priya pratheesh. Evening tea scenic location is unexpected bonus and i enjoyed. I visited with my nri son in law and he enjoyed it. Overall very good.

We had a truly blissful experience at Taj Kumarakom. Though our stay was short but we enjoyed to the fullest. Mr Jacob is very friendly and he even upgraded our room category on our request at short notice. Miss Priya was very helpful and guided us well from check in to checkout . Miss Akshaya also served us very well and best part about her is that she always smile. Small gestures like Cake for our celebrations made our stay very pleasant.
