The front desk staff has a very good service attitude. The hotel rooms are fully equipped, the environment is clean and the experience is comfortable. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, each controlled by an independent glass sliding door. The open washbasin makes the space look more beautiful and coordinated. The decoration style is simple and elegant, pleasing to the eye.

Single-family building, good location, free parking, convenient and spacious, hotel facilities are very advanced, air conditioning, electric curtains, dry and wet separation, automatic sensing of the lights under the bed, bathroom is also very good, the bed is very comfortable, after a day of attractions, I didn’t find the hotel again, so I chose to continue. I can't get up and didn't experience breakfast. I will book it next time in Guandu District. I feel that the price is affordable. The price is great for all kinds of stays. It is worth five-star evaluation.

The twin room is large and can accommodate 3 adults. It is clean and sanitary. The front desk clerk is very nice and greets us when we come in and out. There are also facial cleansers and lotions available for borrowing at the front desk. Kunming is very dry, so it is no problem to live on the first floor.

A very nice hotel with friendly service in a good location. It is between two stations on two different lines of the subway with an easy walk about 10-15 minutes either way. There are also a lot of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk or a short cab ride. The hotel buffet breakfast had a lot of choices with both Chinese and western dishes and very good service. The room was very large and clean and comfortable. Tv had English news channel and the Wi-Fi worked well although I seemed to only be able to log in one device using the same phone number to get a code. The front desk staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The location is near the metro. It's just 5 minutes walk. Easy to find this property. The girl at the front desk when I checked in is enthusiastic to help me. She almost doesn't speak English but she's had a lovely service mind. This property is so close to the green lake park. I spend the time from this hostel to the park just 4 minutes walk. It's worth to stay here and the price can afford for the solo travelers who want to save cost like me.

The hotel was quite far from the metro around 800 m in which there were steep roads as well. But it was really really close to the park so I would recommend to people who love to go to the park. It had a calm atmosphere which was really good. The staff were helpful with the late check in which we appreciated very much. The room was quite small but it had everything necessary.

Though its in the centre of the city, nothing really exciting surrounding the hotel. Need to call taxi to go anywhere. The hotel is well built, with nice style with classic french way. The lobby is big but a bit dark. The room is good size and the best part is the bathroom. It's huge with a very nice tub. It's same as most of the hotels in China, aircon can only tune to 23degree celcisus. Though window can open to get some cool fresh air in, the blanket is still too warm for the weather. Breakfast is on the top notch, even for international standard.

The hotel is in a good location however, the staff are professional but not very helpful except one lady at the front desk and the housekeeping staff they are amazing. Everyone else kinda stuck up and not willing to answer questions or even help with simple delivery address. But if your not the easily upset type it's a good hotel in a great part of town.

Love this hotel! The room is very clean, bed is good and they give me lots of pillows that make me sleep well. I also like the toilet with the light and automatically flush so you can go to the toilet at night without turning on the light. They also provide the free transfer from airport. The staffs are nice even they can't speak English. Will back there again.
