The hotel is excellently located, within walking distance to several pedestrian streets, including Kunming Old Street. Public transport options nearby are also very convenient. The hotel offers a full range of amenities, such as a laundry room, fitness center, and children's play area. The bathrooms feature a practical wet/dry separation. What really stood out was the staff – everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting with laundry. Overall, it was a truly great experience. Attaching a few travel photos! 😄

The hotel I chose this time was a great choice! From the moment I booked, the customer service patiently answered all my questions. When I checked in, the front desk staff not only handled the matter quickly, but also thoughtfully upgraded the room type. The room was spotlessly clean, and welcome fruit was prepared. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom supplies were well-known brands, with quality in every place. The hotel is in an excellent location, with a subway station just outside, and surrounding attractions and food streets are all available. The service staff was warm and thoughtful, and they could even help me pack my breakfast. It was so worry-free to stay here, and I must give it a thumbs up!
