Very comfortable, great experience, children like it very much, there is also a forest oxygen bar, fully automatic electrical appliances. The sanitation is very clean, the hotel considerately upgraded the room, the only drawback is that the navigation is not accurate and it is difficult to find. I went there from the mall, 6 minutes, but it took me half an hour to find it and took a long detour.

No tv but have big projector. Receiptionist will ask you to scan wechat QR code when checkin. This will be the communication channel between you and hotel. Hotel very near to old town kunming. Just cross the road can reach Zhengyi Fashion Shopping Mall. This mall is already within old town kunming. Got many halal food here.

Good location and very good service. Room was extremely comfortable with Xiao Du and smart toilet. The welcome gift, daily free soft drinks in the room and the free coffee in the foyer was very much appreciated. Although during our stay, the floor below started renovation without the hotel's knowledge, the staff took swift action to mitigate the situation with the new owners and workers. Good job, Team SFeel.

Very good location, walkable to Kunming old street. Room is big, friendly and manner staff, using wechat to connect with reception. Amenities quality is good to use. Room got a mini balcony, can sit down and enjoy the chill weather👍🏻 Breakfast not bad, got a welcome bar at reception for self service, got hot and cold drinks, ice cream and ice cube.

Fantastic New Hotel in the Heart of Old Town! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this brand-new hotel and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was struck by the very clean and modern design. The entire hotel felt fresh and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, and they were always ready with a smile and helpful information. What truly stood out was their willingness to go the extra mile – they even helped me carry my luggage all the way to my pick-up point upon departure, which was a lovely and unexpected gesture. The hotel's location in Old Town is absolutely fantastic. It's within easy walking distance of charming historical sites and is conveniently surrounded by new shopping malls and a plethora of shops that stay open till late night. This made it incredibly easy to explore and find anything I needed. Food lovers will also be delighted by the lots of restaurants and eateries right on the doorstep, offering a diverse range of culinary options. Overall, my experience at this new hotel was excellent. The combination of its pristine cleanliness, modern aesthetic, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and unbeatable location makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Old Town. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
