This time the hotel is really to my liking! The lady at the front desk spoke very gently. When checking in, she not only proactively informed us of nearby places to visit, but also helped deliver the luggage to the room, which was really thoughtful. The room looked clean, the sheets and quilt covers were not wrinkled at all, the air conditioner cooled quickly and there was plenty of hot water. After taking a shower, I lay down on the bed comfortably. The mattress was just the right softness and hardness, and I slept soundly. The most surprising thing is that the soundproofing is good. I can't hear the conversations next door at all. There is also a laundry room in the hotel that can be used for free. It is also very convenient for travel. I am very satisfied

Fuss free hotel that’s super convenient and near the train station(walkable distance). Service wise nothing much to brag about(comparing whole of my yunnan trip). Love the big balcony! Only downside is the hairdryer which is very inconvenient(power goes off if it reached certain heat) which is hard for long hair(same goes for the 2 rooms so I guess it’s the model of the hair dryer). Given location of the hotel would be back!

Nice hotel not too far from Kunming train station. The room is clean and spacious though the bathroom is a bit small. There are lots of eateries and a big supermarket nearby. The down side is that sound proofing is not good and we can hear the noise from adjacent rooms. Also, there are multiple hotels located in the same building and the lifts leading to the hotel rooms are quite slow. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Excellent service. We are new to China so they helped us out to work out Alipay, bus and metro transport. Our stay was very pleasant, great city views. And we had access to washer which was very good after 3 weeks of travel.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the north exit of Kunming Station, and it's very convenient for train transfers. It's on the 30th floor of a commercial building on the street, and it's easy to find according to the navigation. The scenery upstairs is nice, and there are many places to eat downstairs. The bed is relatively soft and comfortable, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the service is also very good.
