Great little place to stay. I booked the room with a balcony view. Enjoyed sitting on the chairs in the morning and evening. Mosquito netting around the bed is perfect for a good night sleep. Overall I would love to come back here again. No issue with Food Delivery into the park. Hotel staff were helpful in arranging Taxi Service to Oriental Land Station (100RMB). Enjoyed the shops and plenty to do over a couple days if you like to take your time strolling leisurely. Also traveled to Suzhou canals near Qilishantang and Pingjiang which are great as well.

A very special homestay in the ancient town of Zhouzhuang. The ancient town is nostalgic as a whole, but this inn has a new Chinese style, which gives people a very relaxed and different feeling. It is clean and sanitary, and has complete facilities. It is very suitable for lying here quietly for two days. The food in Zhouzhuang is also delicious, and you can feel the slow life of people living by the small bridges and flowing water! After busy work, you can relax and have a good rest during the holidays! Of course, it is also a good choice to bring children with you, and enjoy the good time of taking your children on vacation. A very cosy and comfortable one night stay at this place inside of Zhou Zhuang, an ancient town/place of attraction. Literally, the most enjoyable stay during my trip to Suzhou and Shanghai. From interior design to decoration, amenities and facilities as well as the owner, one word to describe our stay- fantastic! The owner was very helpful and easy going. She helped us find a good and humourous driver to Shanghai at a reasonable price. And resolved my problem with the WeChat payment issue. Come and stay at this place when you plan a visit to Zhou Zhuang.

No wonder it is the B&B with zero negative reviews on Ctrip. It truly lives up to its name and was the most satisfying place to stay during our trip. The B&B is located outside the scenic area, only two to three hundred meters away from the entrance of Shen Hall. It is convenient to enter and exit Zhouzhuang, and it also avoids the trouble of carrying luggage on the stone road and bridge in the scenic area. The proprietress was very warm, friendly, and quick. She took us to buy tickets and introduced delicious restaurants. The room decoration is in good taste, simple and elegant, clean and comfortable. The little Shiba Inu bun is particularly cute, he is pretty and well-behaved. If you have the opportunity to come to Zhouzhuang next time, you will definitely choose Zenyili again!

The inn in the scenic area has a beautiful environment, with birds singing and flowers blooming, and has the characteristics of Jiangnan gardens. Go out and enjoy the scenery. The water shimmers with soft light at night, setting off the outline of the ancient bridge in the distance, like a beautiful painting.

The scenery is very good, and the rice is yellow. It is nice to come here for a leisure vacation. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very good, and there are Southeast Asian elements everywhere. Bath products are also big brands, with four choices. The butler service is very considerate and comprehensive. Just send a message if you need anything. There is a very beautiful outdoor swimming pool, and it is also very good for taking pictures. It’s a pity that it is not heated. It would be very nice to play in the water in summer. The atmosphere of the Western restaurant is also very good. The dishes can be given five stars. There is no minimum consumption, and you can bring your own wine. I didn’t have time to eat afternoon tea, and the butler packed some for us and put it in the room. It was very unexpected. The details were done very well. The room is also very clean and tidy, and there are no stains even in the dead corners of hygiene. There are butlers to pick up and drop off when checking in and out, which is also completely freeing your hands.

Very good environment. Lot of green space around. Breakfast is good, and service stuff always friendly. Especially the coffee in the lobby is very good.

The staff were soo polite when we arrived and helpful. It was the little touches that made us feel special...example it was really hot and they brought us a complimentary Ice Lemon Tea which was so refreshing. And another day we were waiting for a taxi and they brought us each a bottle of water. Just so kind. And the rooms were so clean and well decorated. And loved the sheets, pillows and bed. Was so comfortable and had a great night's sleep. Overall a wonderful hotel and customer service experience.

When visiting Kunshan, I chose Kunshan Jinling Hotel. The environment is very elegant and high-end, the facilities are complete, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the rooms are clean, the buffet dinner and breakfast are of good quality, with a wide variety of varieties. The seafood buffet dinner is diverse and fresh, with a wide selection and good service.
