Room is big, spacious, and the view is most of the time really good (very tall building and the rooms are located from floor 29+). The hotel does have a swimming pool but for the 1 month I was there, it was said to be on maintenance. I guess it won't open any time soon (seems like it's just abandoned, a pity). The gym is alright, enough for most workouts. There is no washing machine available for free, you have to pay an extravagant amount to get your clothes washed. Good point is, the hotel is located on top of a big mall. Food is very easily accessible thanks to that, I was so glad to live there after a long day at work. Overall I would recommend that hotel!

The overall service of the hotel is very good. The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. The front desk service is very professional. The room is clean and hygienic, the room type has been upgraded, the facilities are OK, and the environment is good. The lobby manager Gao Tiantian provides very good service. Kunshan Jinling has always been the first choice for business trips, and I will keep coming. Thumbs up 👍

I went to Kunshan and booked the Kachen Hotel. The hotel has just opened and the facilities are very new, the layout is very warm and the facilities are very complete. The service is especially good, from the reception on the ground floor to the check-in in the lobby to the room service. They are all very enthusiastic and try their best to meet the needs of the elderly. We also gave out rice dumplings for the Lantern Festival, which made both the elders and children very happy. I will stay here again when I come to Kunshan.

Very right choice! Highly recommended! Over the weekend, I gathered a few friends to explore Yangcheng Lake and taste the hairy crabs that people across the country long for. After searching online for hotels around the lake, I chose this very cost-effective star-rated hotel. On the day I checked in, I asked the front desk clerk how to achieve ”eating eight legs at Yangcheng Lake” and received an enthusiastic reply. The young lady also wrote me directions. Introduction: There are subway and bus stations just downstairs from the hotel. Even taking a taxi only takes about 20 kilometers. Living in this hotel in the city saved me money on the high-speed train back to Beijing rather than living near the lake. Do you think it's worth it? Haha, you made the right choice! The bathroom and room area are relatively large, luxurious and comfortable, and the hygiene is first-rate. The room attendant also introduced me to a better local crab restaurant, which they call ”Crab Village” I was bored when I came back at night. The hotel has a mahjong room open and the air is fresh, which is nice.

The location is in the old town, on Zhongshan Road, with a superior location. There is a square behind it, which is very convenient for eating and shopping, and it is also convenient to take a taxi. It is a few hundred meters away from Tinglin Garden, and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk. The ticket is 20. The hotel has been renovated, the hygiene is very good, the facilities are very good, there are unlimited drinks and snacks in the small refrigerator, there is an indoor swimming pool and a gym, which are very clean. The hotel service staff is of high quality and polite, especially Elena, who has a very good service attitude and gave small gifts. The breakfast is also good. In short, it is very cost-effective and worth recommending 👍

I had a great stay. I was upgraded to a massive suite, which was lovely. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was busy, but there were helpful signs with advice about the best time to go during the holiday. I did struggle to sleep the first night, as fireworks went off until gone 1.30am but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Worth keeping in mind though if you’re looking to stay there during CNY. Location is otherwise nice, with a lake opposite the hotel which is nice to walk around.

Pros: Prime Location:The hotel is situated in the heart of Kunshan Development Zone, offering convenient transportation and a variety of shopping and dining options nearby. Spacious and Comfortable Rooms:I stayed in a deluxe king room, which was spacious, modernly decorated, and equipped with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. - Warm and Attentive Service:From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff were always smiling and provided warm, attentive service, making me feel at home. - Diverse Breakfast Options:** The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, all of which were tasty. Cons: Breakfast Service Needs Improvement:During breakfast, I found a strand of hair in my soy milk, which made me very uncomfortable. I immediately reported the issue to the restaurant staff, but unfortunately, the chef did not respond or offer to replace the soy milk or provide any other compensation. This handling of the situation left me very disappointed and affected my dining experience. Summary: Overall, the Crowne Plaza Kunshan is a good hotel with commendable environment, facilities, and services. However, the breakfast service needs improvement. I really like this hotel, it is already the third time I come here and for good reasons. It has a little something special then the regular tipical hotels offer. Like the nespresso coffee, or the soft comfy pillows for example. Positively to mention is the staff. Speak good English and very friendly, like Jessie or David Wei for example. David not only speaks very good English, but threw in a free upgrade for me which made me feel special. The suite of the hotel is very spacious and offer plenties. Highlight of this hotel, what I don't find anywhere else for this budget is the wellness area. Big pool, outstanding gym with TRX and body workout equipment. Best, however is the sauna with a cold plunge. A cold water plunge is almost impossible to find in other hotels, unless you are waaaaay in higher budget. So for those out there practicing sauna + cold plunge, this is with no doubt your choice.

We chose the Crowne Plaza for its Western restaurant. Upon inquiry we asked about the restaurants and was sent to the 5th floor restaurant that only serves local cuisine. Again we asked the 5th floor restaurant where we can enjoy Western food. We were sent back down to the first floor where we found the western restaurant had closed down. It was upsetting to be sent from place to place and not properly informed about dining options. We had to enjoy a mediocre dinner in the nearby shopping center. The occasion was planned for the guest's bridal celebration dinner since she's leaving China and will get married abroad. I'm sorely disappointed in the uninformed restaurant manager and would hardly recommend staying at the Kunshan Crowne as the other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at was a much better experience.

Crowne Plaza Kunshan | An impeccable Jiangnan holiday experience This stay at Crowne Plaza Kunshan was full of surprises from before check-in to check-out! Special thanks to Vivi at the front desk for her enthusiastic service. She took the initiative to upgrade our room to a river view room. When you open the window, you can see the rippling Xiajia River. The scenery in the morning and at dusk is a picture. The room is very luxurious, equipped with a smart toilet, Xiao Ai classmate, very comfortable. What makes the children linger the most is the hotel's constant temperature infinity pool-through us swimming here for three consecutive days [sneak sneer][sneak sneer] Downstairs is Xiajia River Park, the subway station is close at hand, and it is adjacent to the World Trade Plaza. Boutique dining and parent-child playgrounds are all available. The daily breakfast is a highlight: the environment is elegant and the dishes are rich. In short, this stay was very pleasantly surprised, and I highly recommend [sneak sneer][sneak sneer]. I will stay here next time I come to Kunshan
