Went on a national holiday with my mom and twins. Aaron attended us to right away and he even assisted us with our luggage to our room. The kid’s room was nice and had enough room for my two toddlers to play. Since it was a holiday, the Riverside Restaurant was a tad bit crowded. Despite the number of people, we were attended to by the staff and was given two high chairs that we need. They also replenished food and drinks on time. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Paradox hotel. Their customer service is superb.

Although we only stayed for one night, all the brothers and sisters were very kind, including someone helping to take the luggage when we got off the car. It was a very considerate five-star service. A very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable for a affordable price. The service was great with staff who can speak English. Sad that they don’t have the pool opened yet. The breakfast was a bit disappointed for my taste. They could do much better. Overall nice place to stay.

The location is in the old town, on Zhongshan Road, with a superior location. There is a square behind it, which is very convenient for eating and shopping, and it is also convenient to take a taxi. It is a few hundred meters away from Tinglin Garden, and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk. The ticket is 20. The hotel has been renovated, the hygiene is very good, the facilities are very good, there are unlimited drinks and snacks in the small refrigerator, there is an indoor swimming pool and a gym, which are very clean. The hotel service staff is of high quality and polite, especially Elena, who has a very good service attitude and gave small gifts. The breakfast is also good. The room service is satisfactory. The deposit was not returned in time. I booked three rooms but only one was reserved for some reason. Because all the guests came from Shanghai, the hotel asked me to pay the deposit to forgive my mistake. When I checked out, they told me that they would refund it the next morning. It had not arrived at 3 pm and I had to call to urge them to get it.

We chose the Crowne Plaza for its Western restaurant. Upon inquiry we asked about the restaurants and was sent to the 5th floor restaurant that only serves local cuisine. Again we asked the 5th floor restaurant where we can enjoy Western food. We were sent back down to the first floor where we found the western restaurant had closed down. It was upsetting to be sent from place to place and not properly informed about dining options. We had to enjoy a mediocre dinner in the nearby shopping center. The occasion was planned for the guest's bridal celebration dinner since she's leaving China and will get married abroad. I'm sorely disappointed in the uninformed restaurant manager and would hardly recommend staying at the Kunshan Crowne as the other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at was a much better experience.

Huayu Hotel and the Holiday Inn next door share a breakfast restaurant. You need to queue up to eat the hotel buffet in the morning. You can imagine that you have to queue up for the buffet outside. The queue for the noodles is very long. The noodles are half-cooked in the end. The bread is gone when it is taken out. We didn't eat full. Of course, these are not the fault of the service staff. Since there are many people during the holidays, you have to think about the plan. Your meal subsidy is also 161 yuan (slightly cheaper at the front desk), which should be worthy of this price. Don't use the InterContinental as an excuse to not make a good breakfast. Maybe it's not good to go during the holidays, but you must not go during the holidays. There are still many good places to eat around the hotel and it is also close to the subway.

Introduction: There are subway and bus stations just downstairs from the hotel. Even taking a taxi only takes about 20 kilometers. Living in this hotel in the city saved me money on the high-speed train back to Beijing rather than living near the lake. Do you think it's worth it? Haha, you made the right choice! The bathroom and room area are relatively large, luxurious and comfortable, and the hygiene is first-rate. The room attendant also introduced me to a better local crab restaurant, which they call ”Crab Village” I was bored when I came back at night. The hotel has a mahjong room open and the air is fresh, which is nice.
