Very good location. Just 2mins walk from unazaki station and great if u will take he kurobe gorge railway as its just 2mins walk to station as well. The hotel is clean, but too old.

When we checked in, the front desk knew that my mother and I were traveling together, but they only gave us one room key (not a card type, but a key type), and we were both disappointed that there was no bath in the room. The location was good.

I stayed here on a trip with friends. I was very satisfied with being able to take a bath in the open-air bath right in front of the station. They also lent me geta sandals when I went out, which was nice because it allowed me to feel like I was in the hot spring town. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast, which included local specialties.

We arrived before check-in time and asked if we could leave our luggage and car, which was readily accommodated. The room had been renovated and was even nicer than it appeared in the photos, so we were able to relax and unwind very much. As for the hot spring facilities, rather than being luxurious, they consisted of a simple indoor bath and open-air bath, but the open-air bath on the 7th floor offered a nice view, with the trolley train running below. We were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this hotel to our acquaintances.

Breakfast was a full Japanese buffet, and I can only describe it in two words: "delicious." Also, the counter staff were very thorough in their explanations and were not at all impatient with my questions. I felt it was truly heartwarming for a tired traveler!

The location was very good. If you are going to ride the trolley, I definitely recommend it. It's only a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was also very satisfying. It was very delicious. The miso soup and chawanmushi were especially delicious, I don't know if it was the broth or the miso. The grated sardines were also surprisingly sweet, and I wonder if the radish was good. They prepared it in a small bowl, so it was easy to pick up and eat. Of course I had a second helping. The pork soup they served in the evening was also very delicious with lots of ingredients. The bath was a little hot, so I found it difficult to get in, but maybe it's because of the area? The spring water was smooth and made my skin feel smooth. The building may be old, but there was no inconvenience. The hotel staff were all very refreshing and it was a pleasant experience. I've posted pictures of breakfast, the area in front of the hotel, the view from my room window, and the view from the trolley. I'd like to have that pork soup again.

The price/performance ratio is not high. We booked breakfast and dinner, but we were given a bento 🍱 box lunch. The breakfast was ok, but it was a buffet. We told the front desk that we wanted to cancel the dinner the next day and they said it was ok, but in the end we didn't get a refund. The management is also not good. When we went to the hot springs, the boys went to the wrong place and soaked in the women's bath. It was shocking 😱

This is the third time, but I would like to make it an annual event.

The staff was very friendly. We were going to take the canyon train the next morning, and it was very convenient for the hotel to go to the attractions. Although we had already checked out, the hotel still allowed us to park our car for free! Thank you 😊

I came to Toyama Kurobe and chose this hotel. The room was neat and clean and the location was good.

I'm glad I was able to take a dip in the hot springs in preparation for the Kurobe Famous Water Marathon.

I heard it was an old hotel, but it had been renovated and the interior was very clean. It is currently under construction, so you can enter and exit from the parking lot in the back, but there are helpful instructions posted. There were no particular problems, but the refrigerator was difficult to find. It was hidden behind a door, so it didn't look like it was lived in, which was good.

It's close to the station, A wide variety of bathroom amenities are also available. The bathroom and changing room are also very clean! It felt clean. To ride the trolley train even though I checked out If you ask me to keep your large luggage, It felt good and I received it. I was able to go sightseeing with light clothing! Thank you very much❣️
