Dream Resort

No proper road to reach resort. All muddy roads. Staff are friendly. But room's ac wasn't checked before we entered. Staff came and tried to repair. But couldn't. As it was very humid, we had lot of discomfort. Had to change room after 1 hr. Food was good.

The property is very good well maintained outside the room but inside the room they have to improve it is bit far from the city bhuj j swimming pool is nice some more activities it has a restaurant

staff behaviour is very worst and owner behaviour is also worst they don't have any sanse how to talk they never respect us very terrible person never ever ever ever ever visit here loss of money as well self respect also if we say something to person they say its not ur home we come for relaxation and they treated very bad over here. so please never come they also don't respect elder person too so please don't spoil ur respect by coming here...

Let me start by saying that the level of incompetence displayed by the staff was mind-boggling. Despite booking online with the clear indication that breakfast was included, I was told upon arrival that it was not. When I questioned this discrepancy, citing my online booking confirmation, the staff had the audacity to blame it on me for making inquiries offline. What kind of backwards logic is that? Last time I checked, an online booking confirmation should be honored, regardless of any previous inquiries. The room itself was nothing to write home about. It was cramped, outdated, and smelled like a musty old sock. The bed was as comfortable as a pile of rocks, and don't even get me started on the cleanliness—or lack thereof. To add insult to injury, the hotel's location was less than ideal, with noisy surroundings and sketchy characters lurking about. It's as if they purposely chose the worst possible location to build their establishment. In conclusion, my experience at Dream Resort was a complete and utter nightmare. The false advertising regarding breakfast, coupled with the incompetent staff and dismal accommodations, make this place a definite no-go in my book. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this dump.
