My 20 yr old daughter and I had a wonderful stay at K’s Villa. It felt like being home. The beautiful touches and attention to detail such as record player, coffee set up, kitchenware, decor etc surpassed our expectations. This is has been by far our favourite stay in Japan.

I was satisfied with the a**osphere and the amenities.
It was located in a quiet residential area and we had to be careful about sound leakage, so it was a little cramped for families with small children, but we consider it favorable as part of their education.
There weren't many restaurants nearby, so I searched around Kyoto Station, but I'll keep this as a memory as well.

It was a very nice stay.
Since I was able to use the old folk house freely, I was able to relax and spend some relaxing time as if it were my own home.
Personally, I was very happy that there was a coffee grinder.
Also, Sanjusangendo and Kiyomizu-dera Temple are close by, so you can enjoy Kyoto to the fullest from your first day.
I am very grateful to have been able to stay at such a nice inn.
