Easy access from kyoto station just 15 min by bus. The meals, amenities is good

This is a standard love hotel, and the entire surrounding area is full of them. It's more convenient if you have a car, and parking is free. The breakfast is also quite good. As for the room size, I can only say it's absolutely enormous – by far the biggest love hotel room you'll find in Japan! It's packed with amenities, including karaoke, a massage chair, a huge bathtub, and a wet/dry bathroom. For the price, I think it's fantastic.

Huge room size. Unlike some other love hotels, we are able to keep the room key and goes in and out of the hotel as many times as we want. Check in was smooth and we can communicate thru translation apps perfectly fine. Amenities was aplenty including working jacuzzi and massage chair. Everything is perfect. We were driving so distance is not an issue for us

We travel to Kyoto for our Japan vacation and this place was the cheapesr and had a lot of space. The space was huge with all the amenities. Even with time breakfast which was included.

The room is big and it has all the amenities eg. TV, Big bed, jacuzzi, well equipped toilet, etc. All the toiletries are beyond our needs. Movies are free and breakfast are really cheap. The only drawback is the nearest metro station is 1 km away. But the room is value for money. Highly recommended.

Booked it last minute and didn’t know it was a love hotel! Nevertheless, my stay was good. Spacious, nice bath, food was decent. Unfortunately, the room was a quite dusty

This is a love hotel located right by Meishin Kyoto South Interchange. I stayed here alone, lol. I just needed a place to sleep, so I wasn't expecting much, but it was surprisingly comfortable. The amenities were on par with a 5-star hotel. The bathroom had a Jacuzzi and a TV, and there was even a massage chair. The hotel staff were also very attentive.

Hotel for adults, super nice staff,any complimentary services and wide selection of food to order. If you travel without kids good place to stay

Fantastic, very comfortable, and well-equipped. They have everything you could need, the service is excellent, and the location is super convenient for transportation. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back next time!

For those who are unaware: this is a love hotel. Unfortunately we've found some marks from previous guests that should've been cleaned up better especially considering the type of hotel. The reception was very nice. However it was very difficult to talk to the room service, mainly because of the language barrier. We requested an additional blanket only to get bathrobes, after some attempts of clarification our request was just denied. Due to being a love hotel the location isn't great. Locals avoid the place and its surrounded with, what are presumably, a bunch of other love hotels. The train station is around 15 minutes away.

Pro: Large room Large bathtub Cons: Inconvenient location (the closest subway station is 20 min walk away). WIFI didn’t work entire stay, and hotel staff were unable to help it. Breakfast is not a good value. Skip it and buy something from 7 eleven. The hotel still uses a physical key to enter the room…in 2025….maybe because they’re aware their internet is not reliable for a key card or a PIN password. During my trip in Japan I stayed in 5 budget hotels. This hotel was the priciest one among all of them, and yet…the physical key.
