Room clean, breakfast of various choice and delicious, service always helpful (greetings for Rose) and the cherry of top is hotel locations which is super convenient! Highly recommend for those who want to discover city of Bangkok without spending a lot of money on accommodation. This it what you’re looking for!

The best location you can get for such a good price. The room was big, modern and pretty. The breakfast had big variety. The man from the reception was very helpful and nice. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Paris

The location of this hotel was very good, just around the corner from a metro station, within easy walking distance from the Opera and transport from the airport, and good restaurants, bars and a small supermarket very close by. We had booked a Classic room which was on the top floor and along one side of the room, there were the eaves which made it very difficult to get around the bed, you could easily bang your head if you forgot to duck down and we did. There was only one small wardrobe and we struggled for space a little, the same in the bathroom with not enough shelf space for toiletries etc. The design of the units could have been planned better. We had booked a breakfast package in the deal, but when we arrived, they told us that only breakfast for one person had been booked as there was only one name on the booking. It does clearly say that breakfast for 2 persons each day was included and that was written on the printout that I showed them and on the booking confirmation online but I took their word for it and we had to pay again. I should have checked again more properly myself on the paper. So now we have the hassle of trying to claim this back from the hotel. We chose this hotel mainly for the pool and spa facilities, which were very welcoming after lots of walking about in the day and located in the basement with a small gym room and the breakfast area which was well stocked with a good choice of foods. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and you felt at ease but I felt that the price was a little too high for the standard of the hotel and room that we had.

The pool was amazing. Very clean and friendly hotel. Lovely staff at all times of day and helpful and understanding for jet lagged travellers!!

Good location welcoming staff

It's a recently built hotel and the price was quite good, so I booked it. I have a lot of luggage, so I get off the taxi and go to the hotel, but even though there are two staff, no one helps and just sits still. Trying to check in but feeling too inexperienced and too scrambling. The room is not big and small. It's fine to use alone, but inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. The fitness center is in the ba*****t, and there is also a swimming pool, but the gym is too small and too stuffy for more than two people to use. Breakfast is average continental. If the price is around 100,000 won per night, I would use it again, but if it is more than that, I will never use it again.

Safety, convenient location, satisfactory sanitary environment, and a hotel worth booking. The price is reasonable compared to other hotels. I made the reservation three days before departure and I was not disappointed.

Feeling okay?

It's a nice hotel, good location, but I had higher expectations. the pillows are bad, very stiff, and the room has visible traces of use, not very cozy. The breakfast is at -1 floor which I found strange.

Staff and services were great, location was very good. The room had bugs wandering around, we made sure to verify the bathroom window was closed (which it was all the time) but we encountered silver bugs (normal) and a centipede on the bed when we woke up on day 2, we didn’t have time to complain, not a big issue.

What an amazing hotel! The room was so unique and had an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower! Shopping and several restaurants are within walking distance. Room service was amazing and the staff was so friendly. We scheduled a time at the pool, sauna and steam room prior to arriving which gave us a quiet time to relax after traveling. We can't wait to go back!

It was a good hotel but definitely not worth the value. Eggs for breakfast in the morning were cold and we haven't received the upgrades which was disappointing

Very well kept hotel with a friendly staff. The best perk was the spa area and morning breakfast. The location is less than 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest metro. Cleaning staff are there every morning. I’d definitely book there again for my next visit!
