超出預期的好！房間很大，酒店公寓式一室一廳，非常整潔，讓我這個潔癖完全挑不出任何毛病。公寓自助式服務，一樓有個酒吧，很温馨。房間遠眺東山，清水寺八阪塔清晰可見，還能看到鴨川一角。天氣好的時候在陽台曬太陽也非常舒服，邊上是高瀨川，優雅寧靜的小溪邊是京都最美的街區。

For us, this establishment was perfect for our needs: location, size, comfort, cleanliness, hospitality… Despite its location, one felt far away from the crowds of tourists, which can be overwhelming. The best way to get there is with a taxi, provided you don’t want to drag luggages, especially if you still don’t know your way around Kyoto and the public transportation system/stations.

This ended up being my favorite stay during my entire trip to Japan. Not only was it incredibly spacious and well equipped, it was super clean and well maintained. It had a lovely balcony as well as comfy beds. Plenty of storage room and convenient washer in the room with detergent provided. I really loved the Japanese style of the place and it was in a really great convenient location. Less than 10 minute walk to the main shopping area of Kyoto and Nishiki market and less than 15 minutes to the Gion district. The bus stop taking you to Kyoto station was less than a 5 minute walk. As a solo female travelor I felt incredibly safe as the doors into the property/elevator required a key to access. Staff was also very helpful in accepting and arranging luggage delivery service. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.
