我來自江蘇揚州。雖然揚州就是園林城市，江浙一帶也有很多這樣的風格的避世酒店，但星野集團的虹夕諾雅肯定是值得一住的。整體衞生很不錯，設施保養的很好，沒有黴味。就是所有窗户可以再擦乾淨一些。 這次是傍晚入住，打車的時候看到了嵐山的晚霞，是增值項。接待人員非常禮貌、熱情，晚上接待女生開小車送我們到酒店門口，這段路開的太有水準了，幾乎貼着山在走，有種探險的感覺。退房的時候感受了星野的船。 順便推薦一下染坊祐齋亭就在斜對面，喜歡景的，值得一看。

出發前慶幸好不容易訂到了一晚搶都搶不到的京都虹夕諾雅！
滿心歡喜地期待入住 但沒想到太太太不值了 寫出來讓大家避坑
1.服務 ：人都挺客氣 但用一個字形容就是慢。上菜慢 辦入住慢 啥都慢。最離譜的是 坐船需要等很久 三十分鐘一班 還經常滿船 會等1小時以上。浪費時間。
2.餐飲 ：晚餐太平平無奇了 使用食材也很摳 牛肉可以再小點。最厲害的是早餐 幾個素菜自己燙的火鍋 加上估計是便利店買的色拉 絕了！（可見圖
3.房間：很老很舊 不能細看。定了比較好的霞谷的房間 也很一般。窗外景色一片綠 雖説比較治癒 但也看不到峽谷 就是一片綠而已。窗的遮光不行 怕早上睡不好的人還是提前準備個眼罩比較好。
總體來説 真的太不值這個價格了。酒店本身也很小 除了房間不行 餐飲不行 酒店其他也沒啥設施是可以彌補不足的了。再也不會去住了 也真搞不懂為啥一房難求。

令人印象深刻的酒店，還想再來，在春天的櫻花季，或者秋天的楓葉季。
房間內部很寬敞，也非常乾淨，窗户對面能看到山崖上駛過的小火車。

酒店的位置在嵐山渡月橋附近, 有船從渡月橋的虹夕諾雅接待站送你到酒店，獨特的迎送方式很有儀式感。酒店裡麪並不是特別大，房間都錯落有致的很有野趣。工作人員服務都很好，彬彬有禮，想象在深秋漫山紅葉的時候應該很美吧！特別喜歡前台的茶室和露台，有免費的飲品和茶點供應，在那裡邂逅了彩虹🌈…
